We need to talk about GAMPs

Porn is supercharging both the supply of, and demand for, shemales, femboys and sissies. Interview with Jo Bartosch.

Porn is everywhere and nowhere. It’s a private affair, but it shapes public behaviour and perceptions. Men and sex-positive feminists are loathe to discuss its detrimental effects, the former because they seem to really need it to survive, and the latter because they think if they own it, they can tame it.

The influence of porn on the rise of transgender madness has been difficult to discuss for this reason. Many men who are otherwise gender critical get their backs up immediately when you say that porn could be leading to lots of people to troon out. It sounds too much like jealous-haggery, and the conversation is impossible.

But the evidence is clear to those willing to look for it.

The role of porn in the escalation of self-sissification is not hidden on the fora where men openly discuss their autogynephilia mental illness (and yes, it is a mental illness). The desire for shemale porn is evidenced by a quick search on any porn site. Just google “shemale prostitutes in my area”.

Where there’s a shemale, there’s a punter.

But funnily enough, even though the supply is everywhere to be seen, it’s extremely hard to find the demand. Who are the customers? Where are they? Why aren’t they open about their preferences?

You can hear the “trans women” twinks and femboys complaining about this all the time. Their admirers don’t want a relationship, and they certainly don’t want anyone mistaking them for gay. They want a quick fuck with a hyper-feminised “doll” with a dick, and then they want to go back to their wives and kids.

The only evidence you’ll find of these customers/consumers, apart from all the “Brazilian pre-op transsexual woman” ads, is on Reddit and Discord, where they creep quite openly on young, gay, feminine men. They even creep on the straight autogynephilic ones, when the latter are young enough and featureless enough to “pass” as gay.

But there’s another place where you can find trace evidence of these gynoandromorphophiles, and that’s in the straight men who rigorously defend “transgender rights” and the erasure of sex in law, to a degree that makes you wonder: what’s up with that otherwise-reasonable man? I’ll tell you what’s likely up with him: he wants a shot at a shemale. Many such cases.

A video did the rounds on Twitter recently (it appears to be AI-generated) of an apparently be-dicked beautiful catwalk model. She is female in every way except for the novelty of a penis shape in her bodycon dress. This is what these men want. And they are not proud of it. This is what “doll” means in “Protect the dolls”. You will never see its autogynephilic analogue, the “brick” lumbering manlyly down a catwalk. Not much market for that (though the demand is not zero).

Jo Bartosch wrote a book about porn with Robert Jessel. She’s a feminist and she’s a powerhouse. She’s on Twitter. Enjoy the conversation.
