That's also my great fear. The problem is not just that gender ideology is stupid and harmful, it's that people, children especially, have been indoctrinated in it and it's been enshrined in law in ways that will be difficult to unpick. Even in the UK, where a year has gone by since the supreme court came down on the side of sex realism, it's been an uphill battle to enforce the latter. How much more difficult will it be to get back to reality in places where the law has been made an enabler of gender nonsense?
It's so weird and ironic to see the institutions of a continent that, throughout its history, has been ravaged by religious and ideological conflict rush full tilt to embrace another pernicious, unscientific ideology that promises to completely upend the lives of ordinary people and destroy the minds and bodies of their children.
Is the kiwi also a reference to kiwifarms? It's where I first came across troonery way back in 2014 or 2013. Back then a lot of what you are writing about now occurred in America and Canada and thought that thankfully we in Europe had more sense..... how wrong I was. But the wheel eventually turns I hope.
I call Tony Blair's model of handing cash to friendly NGO's to hedge against losing the next election "democracy-proof permagovernment". Seems like the EU is running with that.
