I don't know how you do it, Róisín, how you keep up with all this nonsense. But I'm grateful. Have restacked out the wazoo.

And I loved your long podcast the other day on trans overlapping with the AIDS industrial complex. You were in conversation with another woman.

One ray of light in all of this is it's brought about a new consciousness in a lot of men like myself whom I don't think were aware of how insidious misogyny can be. We don t tend to see it because it's not directed at us. Once you do see it though, you can't unsee it.

Carry on Terfing Roisin! Sorry that like many stalwarts you lost your job but your insights into the nastier proclivities of the EU BDSM Cult are unique and priceless.

It's amusing that the deputy head of the Northern Ireland Police who found it heart-rending not to be included in this year's Pride is called Bobby Singleton. With the bar on plausibility currently set so low, I'm optimistic that eventually some more competent gods will take over the running of the universe.

What's not amusing is the falsification of sex registries in places in like Germany and Australia. Rendering them useless in one fell swoop is a step so far beyond common sense that one can't believe that a country with a strong scientific and intellectual pedigree like Germany would undertake it.

Thanks, Thomas.

Ooohhhhh my good gawd. Am I the only one hoping for the f4R rIgHt surge to continue in Europe? If this is what democracy produces maybe its time for some full on fascist government.

You may be disappointed. When the leadership of the SA was arrested in 1934, they were easy to find, because they were enjoying a boys-only holiday in a hotel together.

Being gay doesn't mean men (or women) will support gender rubbish etc. A lot of gay men think it's ridiculous but aren't taking a public stand one way or another, however some are. Douglas Murray, Jonathan Rauch, Andrew Sullivan, among others.

"Activists...were absolutely livid that a female professor called Ute Johanna Bayen was scheduled to give a talk." I can visualize the male rage at not being able to shut down an independent woman. These dudes and their handmaidens (Barbara Butch) infest the culture with their perversions and screech when women don't fall in line. No pity for BB. Thank you for continually exposing the freaks and even getting some humor in along the way.

The EL*C 10 days party/conference at the greek island Lesbos for lesbians including the men, stating they are lesbians (the heterosexual men, claiming to be women, non-binary or queer). Have you any idea about the share of same-sex attracted in EL*C, that is the true lesbians? What was the impression you got from participating in their previous conference in Rome?

The irony of being asked to wash just your hands at a chemsex festival. Generic health advice isn't going to cover this one.

Good article overall.

But this bit : 'They went after her her performance not just because she’s another obnoxious fatty bombatty with a diverse and fun sex identity she wants to talk about all the time'- 'obnoxious fatty bombatty'- why insult a woman for being fat? If you dislike her political views criticise those.

It doesn't seem feminist to me to mock a woman for being fat. Is she promoting dangerous fat positivity? That's another matter. Just being fat in the public eye doesn't warrant mockery.

As for 'diverse and fun sexual identity she wants to talk about all the time' - lesbians certainly have a lot more film, TV etc representation than in previous times, but as you well know, the TRA movement has hit them hard, especially butch lesbians. And gay men often tend to be the centre of stuff like Pride wider 'LGBTQ'/'queer' initiatives. So I don't think lesbians need to be quieter about being lesbian, I don't think they're overexposed and being overly celebrated just for being lesbian the wat maybe gay men are . I think there is a genuine need for more representation.

The issue is that a lot of the lesbians promoted in the media are actually transwomen- or bisexual women, often partnered with men, though no always.
