Agree! Why do the Swedish people put up with nonsense like this? The word sheeple is bandied around a lot but I’m starting to think it applies perfectly to them (I have other terms in mind but I want to keep things classy).
The laws definitely need to change - I hope the campaign is successful. At the moment, it seems that Sweden upholds a Paedophile’s Charter!
Even taking the law as it stands, it makes no sense to me that it’s OK for media outlets to publish info about the paedophile but not OK when a private citizen publishes the same information - even if the private citizen only gives a link to the media outlet. How is this rationalised?
This shows that the state CAN punish criminals when it wants to, so any claims that something is impossible just shows its lack of will.

In the West today, there is only the "friend-enemy" distinction.
"Friends" are permitted everything and the law serves their interests.
"Enemies" are permitted nothing and every law that can be brought to bear is used to persecute them.
