Tradwife activist convicted for saying black and Arabic immigrant men are a threat to French women

“Thaïs d’Escufon” is the nom d’influenceuse of Anne-Thaïs du Tertre d’Escoeuffant, a young French femonationalist of aristocratic extraction who has been active on the identarian anti-immigration activist scene since she was a teenager. She was the articulate and pretty TV-ready youth spokeswoman for the group Génération Identitaire until the French state dissolved it in 2021 for its militia-like tactics and promotion of anti-immigration-flavoured hate.

In 2023 she was invited on TV to weigh in on a rape case involving a man who was under a deportation order. Rather than just condemn the man, she condemned French immigration policy and singled out black and Arab immigrant men as the principal perpetrators of sex crimes against women. Yikes.

“The primary danger for women in France,” she said, “is immigration and its disastrous consequences.” A journalist on the panel pushed back: “The main danger for women is men.” D’Escufon agreed, but added: “It’s men — Black African and Arab immigrants.”

This statement is likely based largely on intuition and personal experience because France doesn’t record ethnicity data, and what exists to serve as evidence for her statement is quite old, and predates more recent waves of inward migration). In that sense the journalist sparring with D’Escufon was correct to call her out on it. But quand même, d’Escufon was pointing to a very real, very obvious, very hush-hush phenomenon that has been shown to be true in many other EU countries.

Her haters in the general gauchosphere are correct in saying that most violence against women is committed by men they know, in their own home. But regime feminists overly obsess over this point in order to avoid addressing another much more inconvenient source of sexual violence, which is the statistical phenomenon that d’Escufon was pointing out. French-on-French domestic violence notwithstanding, unmoored gentlemen from cultures that teach boys that unveiled, bare-shouldered girlbosses are whores for the taking — are overrepresented in the sexual crime stats in Europe.

Two things can be true at once.

These men arrive in a Europe where they are bottom of the barrel, status-wise, and to see all us women lord it over them in any way must drive them bananas. This has nothing at all to do with “race” and everything to do with culture and circumstance. Bettina Arndt wrote about it here, calling it the Clash of sexual civilisations.

According to data, what d’Escufon said is directionally correct, at least according to hard data from other EU countries (it’s particularly robust from Sweden) even if it could do with some caveats. Here are some figures: of 97 rapes recorded in public spaces in Paris in 2023, fewer than a third were solved, and of the 36 perpetrators arrested, 28 were of foreign nationality — that’s 77%. In Germany in 2023, foreigners were 41.2% of suspects in violent crimes, and around a third of all suspects in rape and sexual offences, despite making up only around 15% of the population. Of the 3,039 individuals convicted of rape against a woman in Sweden between 2000 and 2015, 59.2% had an immigrant background, with 47.7% born outside Sweden. That is an extraordinary figure given that the foreign-born population is roughly 20% of Sweden's total.

Non-Western immigrant men — including those of North African and sub-Saharan African origin — are substantially overrepresented in sexual crime statistics and convictions across multiple Western European countries, and this overrepresentation persists after controlling for the demographic and socioeconomic factors most commonly cited to explain it away. (I’ve put all the relevant links at the bottom of this article).

D’Escufon was convicted this week for “injure publique” (public injury, like slander). She was not convicted for lying, she was convicted because she stigmatised a group based on “l’origine, l’ethnie, la nation ou la race”. The judge did not dispute the statistical basis, but French law does not require the statement to be false for it to be illegal (it would be funny, indeed, if the transcript of the judgement reveals that the judge agreed her comments were based on data — because then that judge might find him or herself on the wrong side of the same law d’Escufon was convicted of).

The prosecutor had called for an unsuspended prison sentence, but d’Escufon got away with a fine. The same thing happened to Belgian far-right personality Dries Van Langenhove recently, who presented Belgian ethnic crime stats based on ethnicity at a university lecture.

The judge in that case said "Even if all of the statements made by Van Langenhove are based on scientific evidence and statistics, it makes no difference to the criminal intent. Van Langenhove is not charged with spreading false information. He is charged with presenting facts in a way that incites hatred against persons on the grounds of one or more of the protected criteria in the Anti-Racism Law."

d’Escufon’s conviction is also worth comparing with the clownish condemnation of Dora Moutot who was found guilty of public insult for saying “As women we are obliged to be wary of people with penises”. The prosecutor wanted Moutot charged with public insult against all men, but in the end she was punished for insults against transvestites, who also have penises. Dora was represented by the Charlie Hebdo lawyers who have had to defend some seriously heinous shit down through the years, and she still lost. The case is being appealed.

The French love scrapping over politics, especially around the dinner table but especially-especially on TV (they all talk over each other like a tree full of parakeets, it’s hilarious), and I wonder what kind of effect this will have on their ability to continue enjoying this noisy national pastime. Anyone at any time can get accused of saying something that’s provably true but inconvenient for social harmony, or hurty to knicker adventurers who wish we would all pretend they are gals like me and you.

Regime feminists continue to blame a nebulous, just-out-of-frame, all-enveloping mist of cishet colonial white patriarchy for all their woes. The roving gangs of aimless and horny men who are raised on the mantra “a woman without a veil is like an unwrapped lollipop that attracts flies” — they cannot be blamed because gender professionals have sunk too much cost into postmodern identity politics. These women are on the dark side of the moon right now. It’s “the system”, it’s the lack of youth centres, it’s the welfare cuts, it’s climate change, it’s deforestation, it’s cis white gays, it’s the TERFs, it’s Israel and so on. Forget the data. The data is extreme right.

Norway gender doctors gross misconduct story is not what it seems

The Norwegian newspaper Aftenposten is reporting that three gender doctors linked to the national gender service have been found guilty of gross misconduct by an ethics committee after they used patient data without ethical clearance. Because these are “affirming” doctors, it might seem as though the finding was a condemnation of the gender-affirming care model (that’s certainly what’s been circulating on social media). But that’s not quite what happened.

What happened is that these three researchers had tried to get permission to use patient data from a gender clinic in order to track trajectories and outcomes of the young people under their care. They didn’t get permission, but they used the anonymised data anyway. And what the data showed, and what they published in four separate papers, suggests that the ethics complaint against them was just as likely to have been triggered by angry trans activists as by those on the other side of the gender debate. Indeed, it turns out that among the whistleblowers was PKI, a trans-patient advocacy group

Their findings confirmed what has been found already elsewhere: a huge increase in females claiming to be trans starting around 2014, and an extremely high level of mental illnesses and self-harm among them, all of which, they caution, necessitate much more careful evaluation of each individual patient. The affirmation-only activists did not like this.

The story is instructive in the sense that it sheds light on a group of middle-grounders in the gender medicine debate who don’t often get talked about. They can be placed somewhere along the spectrum between raging TERFs and raging trans activists. These are professional doctors who adhere to what Stella O’Malley of Genspect has termed “Tiny Numbers Theory”. They don’t tend to believe that anyone is really trans. However, they do believe that there is, out there, a tiny number of people who would truly benefit from social and medical transition to ease their distress. They see it as their job to properly screen for, and select, these people.

They, too, are alarmed at the affirmation-only, ideology-driven turn in “gender care” in the past decade and a half. But they don’t seem to realise that it’s this belief in the perfect transable subject that started — and perpetuates — all this nonsense in the first place. As long as it’s believed that some people should trans, the clinics will exist. As long as clinics exist, all kinds of malcontents will be queuing up outside it.

These people are direct descendants of the much hated “medical gatekeepers” of yore, the kind of doctors who haunted the dreams of transvestites before the age of affirmation (they did not haunt the dreams of autistic teenage tomboys, because that cohort had not yet been infected with the idea that their discomfort was due to being in the wrong body).

Quite a number of clinicians in the gender field adhere to Tiny Number Theory, and their commitment to this belief may doom the entire project to last forever.

Belgian doctor is lying, claims mother, about what happens to kids in his gender clinic

The newspaper La Libre is the most read respectable newspaper in Belgium, and they have published cartes blanche (opinion pieces) that question trans mania occasionally. Some of these opinion pieces were co-authored by me and my TERF friends but they cut us off like drunken punters recently, saying that until they get more input from the other side they would no longer publish our pieces

A couple of days ago, they seemed to have found someone, publishing a contribution by one Professor Alain Malchair, child and adolescent psychiatrist at the University of Liège, who argued for a careful, ethically grounded clinical approach to young people experiencing gender identity distress.

In the piece, he rejects both the dismissive “just a trend” framing as well as its opposite: the uncritical affirmation approach. Instead he calls for a prolonged, multidisciplinary accompaniment of the young person and their family aimed at deepening and authenticating the request before any medical intervention

He wrote that the modification of a healthy body, which flies in the face of Do No Harm can only be navigated on a case-by-case basis. Parental involvement essential, as is moderating the influence of social media. Sounds great, except I was contacted by an infuriated family who read Malchair’s wonderful words and as a result, put their trust in his clinic, only to have their very distressed daughter fast-tracked to hormones.

Here’s the account from the parents in question: “What he describes bears absolutely no resemblance to what happened to us. When our daughter announced the "news" to us a few years ago, I was lost, and I tried to understand and find help. I read Malchair’s description about the Liège gender identity centre — including all his talk about young people and approaching the problem holistically with a child psychiatrist, etc. It was the most reassuring thing I’d been able to find as a resource in Belgium. So I made an appointment. Here’s how it went:

One interview with my daughter alone with the crazy, gung-ho affirmation psychologist. We were allowed to join for 20 minutes at the end, where all our questions were minimised. (The doctor) managed to make us feel she was teaching us how to be parents, and that our daughter was far from having the serious psychiatric problems we thought she had. Ready-made pro-trans, soothing script — with lies. Then what followed: two more appointments for our daughter with her alone, then straight to the endocrinologist. When I expressed surprise that she wasn’t seeing a child psychiatrist or any psychiatrist, there was no explanation.”

France wonders out loud: should men have jobs that involve children?

France is in the grip of an extremely gnarly and large-scale childcare abuse scandal, and it has people wondering: should men be allowed to supervise children, unsupervised?

According to a report in Marianne:

“We’ve reached such a level of tension in Paris, with these allegations of sexual assault, that next year, it’s clear: the city will no longer place any men in preschool classes,” a union representative for after-school activity leaders told Marianne. According to him, the allegations of assault at school most often concern the youngest children, aged 3 to 5.”

Since 2023, over 100 allegations have emerged from dozens of Parisian maternelles (kindergarten), primary schools, and daycare centres and 78 monitors have been suspended, 31 of them for suspected sexual abuse. As I was writing this, another man was arrested on suspicion of raping a four-year-old in his care at the school he was working at. Parents are raging. The mayor of Paris called it a systemic problem and has announced he is throwing €20 million at it.

Adding to the feeling that this is a systemic problem in France is the fact that the main suspect in the kidnap and murder of a little girl called Lyhanna had at least five complaints or reports filed against him, including rape allegations backed by forensic evidence, none of which led to charges or conviction. This has been described as a compounding cascade of procedural failures.

Some commentators have begun asking, with a fair bit of throat-clearing, whether men should work in early childcare at all. Not all abusers are male, they disclaim, and children benefit from male caregivers, sure sure sure.

But still. Publicly most people endorse the view that this would be silly and discriminatory, counterproductive, and retrograde. But when it comes to their own kids, they might privately breathe a sigh of relief upon reading all these stories knowing that the people who take care of their very vulnerable little ones are female. I would love a world where men aren’t prone to this, but that’s not the one we live in. Still, I don’t know what to think of these proposals. And how would it even work in a country where women can’t even state statistical likelihoods without getting dragged through the courts for years?

Me on WDI talking about my dismissal for TERFing

I was invited by the radfems of Woman’s Declaration International (sign it!!) to explain how and why I got the sack from the European Commission’s Directorate for the Single Market on 9 March 2026. The TLDR is: because I’m a TERF. I had a lawyer who was looking into getting cold, cold revenge on my behalf but he unceremoniously dumped me last week (perhaps also because I’m a TERF, but who knows).

The end?

Christian groups have made noises that suggest they may want to represent me in an unfair dismissal/freedom of belief-type claim. The Christians care a lot about free speech and I used to think it had something to do with praying outside abortion clinics or something, but I belatedly realised it’s actually probably this: most of their core beliefs have been reclassified as “hate speech” in the past decade so they’re fyyyyumin. Marriage is between a man and a woman = hate. You’re not a women trapped in a man’s body, you’re a sinner with a weird sexual compulsion = hate.

Christian beliefs were very commonly-held not so long ago, and still are in a large part of the world, so it’s no surprise the Christians are angry and willing to support heathens like myself to get some of these tyrannical dictates overturned.

I’d just like to point out that it feels extremely weird to be supported by fundamental Christians on one side and radical feminists on the other, while everyone in the middle treats you like you murdered their dog — even though they keep whispering at you that they agree with everything you say. I don’t really know how to interpret that. I don’t know what it says about the state of the world.

After this Belfast transvestite died, all the stories about him being a child sex abuser emerged. I guess people were triggered by all the praise that was heaped on him, knowing that he used to enjoy flashing his dick at children.

But even after all the (evidenced) allegations, a Northern Ireland art centre still decided to show off his gay waistcoat at a Pride expo, referring to him a “dyke”, just like he would have wanted (lots of fetishistic transvestites want you to pretend they are lesbians).

Northern Ireland Substacker/commentator Jenny Holland put it best when she said: “JUST LOOK AT HIM. He is quite literally a demon.”

UK women may turn out not to be women in Northern Ireland

Yesterday, 23 June 2026, was the ten-year anniversary of the Brexit vote.

If it were not for Brexit, there is quite a high chance that the For Women Scotland case (the one that reestablished some reality in the interpretation of equality law) would have ended up being referred to the utterly captured Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU), and an equally high chance that the CJEU would have ruled in a more “trans-inclusive” way. The UK Supreme Court was able to TERF out and hew to biological reality because the UK is no longer bound by Brussels (or in the case of the CJEU, Luxembourg).

Here’s why: the question about the meaning of “woman” might have had to be settled in Europe because the relevant law (the Equality Act) is based on an EU-law (the Equal Treatment Directive).

Back in 1996, the word “sex” was expanded to include “gender reassignment” in discrimination after a case called P v S and Cornwall County Council, in which a transvestite claimed sex-based discrimination after he got the sack from his job after he started dressing as a woman at work. The case went to Europe and the judgement ended up expanded the meaning of “sex” to cover people like him in discrimination cases.

The UK Supreme Court in the For Women Scotland did consider P v S and Cornwall County Council, but decided it was not decisive for the definition of “sex” or “woman” in UK law. The wokesters at the CJEU show no similar signs of reasonableness on this topic. What’s more: if FWS had been referred to Luxembourg, the outcome would not only have shafted women and reality-enjoyers in the UK, it could have set the precedent for shafting all European Union member states.

I asked Anya Palmer, feminist lawyer and Forstater brain trust what she thinks of this and she agreed that it’s a possibility. But we’re not out of the woods yet, she added: “There may still be an EU angle, as the Equality Commission for Northern Ireland considers that EU law may still be relevant in Northern Ireland, and has asked the High Court in Belfast for permission to bring a judicial review on this. It's a very odd thing to do, to ask the court to declare in the abstract what the law is. Not how UK courts normally work!”

Money still going to fight Budapest Pride ban even though Pride is no longer banned

There’s an EU project due to start next week that intends to fight Viktor Orban’s ban on Pride. Here are its objectives: to document and expose restrictive legislation and practice; to encourage challenging restrictions in European courts through strategic litigation; to empower stakeholders to resist the chilling effect.

But, I hear you object, Viktor Orban is gone, and Budapest is newly and enthusedly festooned with rainbows and the pink and blue of the paedophile/castration cult (though a line of Progress Pride flags lining a bridge on the Danube were torn down and dumped in the river almost immediately after they were put up). Surely the project which has not yet started, can be called off now that the problem it sought to fix has been fixed?

Apparently not? he Budapest-based NGO Háttér Társaság and the Hungarian Helsinki Committee will still pocket €113, 000 in public money to solve this phantom problem. Of course I contacted them to ask what they plan to do with the money, and of course they ignored me. Of course I contacted the European Commission and of course they ignored me.

As an aside, I wrote to a Brussels-based NGO called “Follow The Money” to tip them off as to the obviously scammy nature of the EU queer industry (we’re getting another EU-funded NGO for bisexual people!) but as soon the woman in charge twigged it was about This Topic she cooled on an initial offer of collaboration. She asked for evidence for my allegations that, uh, there’s something mighty weird about the reams of cash going to this ever-expanding roster of NGOs.

Rainbows are taking over our lives, nobody seems to want it, and yet the budget for it gets higher every year.

The question is not whether there is any evidence it’s happening. The question is do you think it’s an extremely odd that it’s clearly happening, and worth investigating who the hell is letting it happen. What can you do to get people to pay attention to LGTBIQ’s capture of our institutions? Same thing as you could do to get Jimmy Savile investigated, or a priest condemned for abusing children, or concerns raised about the pain pill mill at the height of the Oxycontin scandal, or the alarm raised about the subprime mortgage house of cards that ultimately led to the global financial crash….Absolutely fucking nothing.

Like the LGBTIQ stuff, these were all open secrets, propped up by money and/or individuals’ need to maintain their social and professional reputations. Everyone knows something is up, but nobody says anything.

I’ll keep emailing everyone and they’ll keep ignoring me. But I’ve got all the receipts.

Women on Boards law: it’s been quite the gender journey

This law has been gestating for a decade: proposed in 2012, it finally passed in 2022, but a decade is a long time in genderfaff. While the original 2012 draft was clear (there are too few women on corporate boards, here is a quota to fix it), what it means after a decade of transing and genderfying everything is much more open to interpretation. The very concepts it was once based on have become legally warped.

This will likely create conundrums for companies: the law doesn’t say if the 40% quota of women on corporate boards is based on biological sex or gender identity. And the introduction by some member states of a legal category of something called non-binary, makes the mathematics of “underrepresented sex” entertainingly unstable. The 40% math just isn’t mathing when there are three variables. Austria, Germany, Iceland and Malta already recognise non-binary gender on identity documents and Belgium just joined them in April.

For a multinational listed across several EU member states, it could be a compliance headache. The deadline to turn it into binding law is 30 June in 27 different legal systems with different ideas about how many sexes there are (there are two. Two sexes.)

Gay Games takes a chance on male-on-female violence, but inserts insurance clauses

There’s a Facebook page that I enjoy called “Warnings and disclaimers that were clearly the result of a lawsuit” and it’s people posting notices that were necessitated by, well, some kind of unfortunate shenanigans. Here’s that but trans-related:

The following statement appeared on the website of the Gay Games recently :

“The competition categories used for the Wrestling and Grappling events have now been altered to correct an error which does not align with the values and needs of our community, specifically related to trans and non-binary identities.”

The “error” that has now been corrected can be understood from the new rule: male and female categories in wrestling and grappling are from now on to be based on preferred gender, and legal documents to prove your actual sex will no longer be required. Athletes can now compete in whichever category fits their inner gender vibes.

You can just imagine how it unfolded: pissed off queerists complained that recognising the strength and size differentials between men and women, and making policy choices based on the acute relevance of that differential in combat sports, is DiScRimInAtorY.

While I was trying to figure out who exactly had had led the call-out campaign that forced the policy change, I stumbled upon an internal Google doc about it (in which some doofus had neglected to remove the track changes). The text says that nobody is required to get a license from their governing body this year, and licenses usually cover insurance and eligibility. So it’s a free-for-all. I wonder if the organisers are nervous? The emphasis on athletes getting their own insurance might be illustrative (it’s not a general condition for participation in the Gay Games).

Anyway, everyone knows who the men are and everyone knows who the women are, at the end of the day. May the best man win.

Helena Dalli was Miss Malta and a bit-part actress before she pivoted to politics to work on a bunch of equality-flavored portfolios. She managed to ram through wins on civil unions, same-sex marriage, transgender self-ID laws, and anti-discrimination expansions that made Malta look very progressive on paper. For her efforts, she was awarded the first ever Equality portfolio by Ursula von der Leyen in the European Commission, a gig invented out of the froth of the Summer of Floyd when everyone was trying to be extra pious. This job let her faff around with strategies, guidelines, and moral lectures, and while it was mostly just performative sludge, it veered into weirdo gender ideology territory with the LGBTIQ Strategy and Gender Equality Strategy, which accelerated self-ID expansions and advanced the idea that male and female are social constructs, much to the disadvantage to women who depend on single-sex spaces and services.

She’s the one who came up with “inclusive communication” guidelines urging EU staff to swap “Christmas” for generic “holiday season,” ditch “ladies and gentlemen” for the sterile “Dear All,” and to use exotic names in official comms like Malika and Julio instead of boring European ones. A low-stakes role that typified elite disconnect.

€2.4 million in EU money to “end the categorisation of humans into men and women and the gendered social order”

The European taxpayer is funding a research project that will help create a world in which sex is considered irrelevant outside narrow applications relating to reproduction, and where we no longer give credence to the words and concepts “man” and “woman”, “boy” and “girl”. The ultimate objective of the project, for which we’ve forked out 2.4 eye-watering millions, is to banish gender — the sometimes oppressive and often inaccurate traits we associate with the two sexes. And then we can all live happily ever after.

Unlike trans activists, the brains behind the project, Daphna Joel, doesn’t make the batshit claim that sex doesn’t matter ever. She’s TERFy in the sense that she acknowledges that biological sex is real, does matter sometimes, and is relevant in reproductive medicine (the bar is so low.)

But she thinks that our practice of separating men and women conceptually, outside of this narrow field of medicine, is not just pointless, but that it is causing harm. She asks: if men and women (specifically, men and women’s brains) are so similar in so many ways, and so many individuals don’t match the stereotypes projected upon them by the labels “man” and “woman”, then what’s the point of giving these labels any weight in our culture? There is, she says, nothing that can be accurately called a “male brain” or a “female brain”, because the brains of the two sexes overlap so much as to make the distinction useless.

As if humans — a species that reproduces by seeking out the opposite sex and fucking it — could possibly wean itself off noticing who is male and who is female just by stopping using certain words. Beyond vocabulary, how would we phase out our conception of male and female? Even if it is laudable to train ourselves to be critical of broad and not-very-useful associations (like: all men are brutes who want sports cars, and all women are small-brained yoghurt obsessives), average traits and behaviours do exist, in our current human configuration, and they would take millions of years to change.

It’s an interesting idea to think about, however, and Joel’s research presents some fun thought exercises. The over-emphasis of sex leads to an over-emphasis of stereotypes, which are often not accurate, and they can be very limiting on individuals (think of the fate of the poor wimpy lads in macho cultures. Leave the gay spergs alone!)

But then the theory goes off the rails. First of all, to take a random example, male violence is not simply the result of social conditioning. The uneven statistics on sexual offences are not caused by observing this violence as having been committed by males, which is the gist of her argument. Of course, a cultural expectation to be violent will result in more violence. But the statistics are universal: from Norway to Chad, meaning from the most “gender equal” utopias to the most patriarchal shitholes, it’s men doing the violence and the rapes; only the volume differs. Men are great but they are also the ones who have bizarre violent sex fetishes. Sorry, and thank you, lads, for all the bridges, the internet etc. But it’s true. Women don’t rape babies and pretending we sometimes do in your quest to even out some score in your theory-melted head is unlikely to entice us into doing so.

Secondly, and this really gets on my tits, I suspect that Joel, like many people — both on the political left and right — associate being physically smaller with being inferior, being more physically vulnerable with being inferior, being more people-oriented with being inferior, and even being less rape-y with being inferior. This is real lizard-brain stuff. They make a value judgement on innate characteristics like having the physical girth to wrestle someone to death. Yes, that can be very useful. We can all agree. Why have you decided that it is better than not being able — or inclined— to do so? That’s all on you.

Lots of women who want to deny the differences between men and women do so because underneath it all they think women ain’t shit, and the things that we are on average innately prone to do, or to like, ain’t shit, either. I reject this.

To want to rid oneself of any indication that one is a woman is actually a desire to stop being considered less-than. This may be the Freudism lurking underneath the trans masc social contagion. I, for one, think women’s innate, on-average traits are actually good-to-neutral. You can thank your on-average personable, nesty, catty, gossipy, caring, but also — and this is important — largely non-violent — female ancestors for doing such a good job at staying alive. I’m shit at parallel parking, and what’s worse, I have no interest in getting better at it, and even less interest in one day becoming the best parallel parker in the world. I will not lean in.

This is a weird, twistedly anti-woman non-science larping as liberatory. If you watch this conference video, you may notice how Joel, a smart person, exhibits what looks like a nervous twitch when her theory hits a bump in the road. That flick of the hair may be a tell. I think she knows she’s trying to spoof her way out of a hard reality.

Anyway, the EU has dedicated €2.4 fucking million in public money so that this zany scheme can be spread to the masses. The project BeyondGenderBinary has been going since 2022 and still has two years left. The money might ironically be worth it in the sense that it helps us get inside the brains of those bewildering souls who make it their life’s work to promote sex denialism to the detriment of everyone around them. Joel articulates well what many people think: that when a midwife announces to the room “It’s a boy!” what she is really saying is “This baby will play Xbox, have no interest in clothes, and fail to enjoy long phone conversations with his best friend!” thus imposing limitations on the poor baby just as he takes his first breath.

This is how these people think. It’s good to be aware of it.

So we should be thankful to the European Research Council for beclowning its own illustrious name by backing this project. We just have to hope that dimwits don’t get hoodwinked into thinking it’s the emancipatory solution to gender angst that Joel wants them to think it is.

Netherlands becomes the 10th EU country to adopt a conversion therapy ban

Yesterday the Dutch senate adopted a “conversion therapy” ban which will make it a criminal offence to attempt to talk a child — even your own child — out of their mental distress related to disassociation from their sex.

The bill punishes any “systematic and intrusive attempt to change or suppress sexual orientation or gender identity to conform to the prevailing norm”.

This will put parents as well as therapists at risk of prison if they try to deal with the socially-mediated wrong-sex psychological delusions of kids in any way that is not “affirming”. This is an absolute horrorshow. Imagine your anxious teenager “discovers” on an endometriosis subreddit that she’s “actually a boy” inside. You can’t tell her she’s not.

Advertising a service that claims to help sufferers down from this dangerously delusional ledge is also going to be being criminalised. It’s all wrapped up in the language of anti-gay torture tropes, so nobody really gets that it’s criminalising non-belief in transgender ideology.

57 members of the Dutch senate voted in favor of the bill, while 15 members voted against. A motion from the conservatives to request more information and advice from the Council of State (some kind of high-level advisory institution) was rejected. The people who supported the bill believe that it was necessary even though the individual actions like coercion and abuse are already illegal, and even though it denies fundamental right to freedom of religious belief and most importantly, parents’ right to deal with their children’s depersonalisation crises in a way they think is best, even if the enbies on Reddit don’t agree.

Finland is likely to be next on the list, then Ireland, as their governments have promised to go ahead with bans. I can’t see Irish TERFs taking this lying down, and I’m almost looking forward to the scrap.

It’s increasingly difficult to ignore the identity of gaybashers

There are more and more reports in European countries of violent homophobic attacks against gay men, but LGBTIQ+ NGOs, politicians and the media have been reluctant to draw attention to a defining feature of the phenomenon: the attacks are very often (though not always) committed by men of Muslim/North African background.

Rather, the far-right is much more likely to be blamed for “rising homophobia”, despite the overwhelming evidence that violence from this group is a less common occurrence. Islamist ideology explicitly condemns homosexuality, often with extreme penalties. Meanwhile, a lot of people who would be called fash in the current political climate (basically, 2008 liberals) are gay af.

This reluctance to stigmatise Muslims has led to some extremely wishy-washy and practically unactionable reporting of a type that echoes the UK authorities’ shyness about mentioning the demographics of the people carrying out the mass rape of young girls in the “grooming gangs” scandal.

It’s not a new story, but the anecdotes are piling up and it’s beginning to look a lot like data. Whether they’re getting lured by fake Grindr profiles and then being attacked (or even killed), or just getting assaulted (and even killed) while walking down the street, not making a point of the pattern may well be getting in the way of doing something about it.

“Homophobic attacks on the rise”, you’ll read in the news and annual reports, with little or no qualifying information. Who is doing the attacking, where, and why? You’re much more likely to hear about violent misgenderings than stories of gangs of Maghrebians hunting down gay guys. But just because it’s not getting reported in the media or via the publicly-funded NGOs who purport to protect the rights of the “LGBTIQ+ community’“, doesn’t mean gay men are not well aware of it. Homonationalism, of the kind typified by my fave Gaystapo operative, Sean Atkinson, is on the rise.

To stray from the mainstream narrative would be to betray woke orthodoxy. Some violent attackers are eternally-blameless victims of colonialism or something, and so they have little or no personal agency to not gaybash (sounds pretty racist!).

Woke ideology is predicated on accumulating fake spiritual purity points by finding ever-more deplorable categories of people you can pretend are hapless victims of The System. Then you lift these gross scumbags up like Simba, and someone gives you a colourful lanyard so everyone knows you’re a faithful adherent. It’s very churchy, and this may just be what happens when you take organised religion away from gormless retards.

Here’s the problem in all its glory, laid out by Green party gay, Bruno De Lille, after a spate of such attacks back in 2020: “I see no reason why I should mind a slap from a Moroccan citizen of Brussels any less than a slap from a citizen of Brussels with Flemish or Walloon roots.”

Sure. A slap is a slap. A stab is a stab. But perhaps the slaps and stabs could be prevented by naming the people who are administering them? On French Twitter there’s a meme, accompanied by the cartoon character Bouli. “Tout le monde sait” or just “TLMS” and all its memefied variations.

German neo-Nazi is not really a fake woman, insist trans activists. He’s a fake fake woman

Sven Liebich is a German neo-Nazi who has been having some fun with gender. In 2023, after being convicted of incitement to racial hatred and defamation, he changed his legal sex to female (and his name to Marla). Then he failed to show up to a women’s prison where he was to be placed, and instead went on the run in the Czech Republic. He got caught and was extradited back to Germany a couple of weeks ago. And now everyone is waiting to see if he will be granted his wish to be placed in the female estate.

He’s obviously not a woman, but neither are any of the other transvestites. Yes, even the ones who claim to be very very sad.

His trollish shenanigans have highlighted the silliness of Germany’s sex self-ID law which was introduced in 2024. Trans activists have accused him of deliberately abusing the process to mock the law and/or to avoid male prison. At the same time, they use his new name, Marla-Svenja Liebich, and female pronouns while referring to him, which is very odd.

But how do they know he doesn’t think he is a woman? Going through his social media accounts, I couldn’t find any outward indication that he is any different from the hundreds of thousands of other German males who now claim to be women, whether they proclaim it at the town hall or keep it on fetish sites.

How can anyone tell that he doesn’t have this deep conviction?

The incident has prompted justice ministers to entertain the idea of weakening the self-ID law to address “obvious cases of abuse” and some authorities are trying to reverse Liebich’s sex change entry through the courts. They say it is fraudulent. (How do they knowwwww????) Queer groups, meanwhile, have warned that this would place transgender people under suspicion and undermine the law’s purpose. My heart bleeds.

I personally have always been “convinced that the sex mentioned on my birth certificate does not correspond to my intimately experienced gender identity”, as the Belgian declaration to change your legal sex puts it. I have never felt very girly. In that way, my sex and my “gender identity” do not match. So like Sven, I have started the process to correct this error, filling in the declaration and sending it off to my local council so that I can turn into a man. I will keep you posted.

Liebich is apparently still posting on his Twitter account (@MarlaSvenjaL), and I noticed he was following me, so I followed him back and DM’d him asking for an interview. To be continued.

Vienna: protestors shout at British diplomats over their government’s defense of women-only spaces

A group of activists in Austria made a big banner expressing their displeasure that the UK Supreme Court, and the UK government, because they made the bigotted clarification that when you come across the word “sex” in UK law, you have to interpret it in the biological sense. This infuriated Austrian activists (and activists all around the world, d’ailleurs) who see it as an affront to people who are sad they are the sex that they are and not the sex that they are not.

This was posted on Reddit. Apparently, they tried the same stunt last year but got manhandled out of the parade by bouncers. This year, they managed to walk near a “rainbow-coloured Union Jack” that was part of the “Diplomats for Equality marchers. I’ve written about this group before. They are a vital cog in the global LGBTIQ+ machine and the pressure to put on a good show was on this year after the devastating effects of the Trump de-gayifying of American foreign policy became clear.

In fact, a woman from the Dutch wealth fund, DreiLinden, revealed on a podcast last week that the US State Department was paying for 70% of global LGBTIQ+ advocacy and campaigning, which is just incredible. She also said the region most affected by this is Central Asia, and the identity group most harmed is — surprise! — trans and intersex people. Now that the Americans have abandoned the globohomo project, it’s European taxpayers who have to step up and pay the PrEP bill for all those Uzbeki femboys.

Child Focus is using pimping sites to warn sex buyers not to pay for sex with children

I was checking out the huge, bulging, ever-growing number of Latin American transsexual prostitutes being pimped in Belgium on the website RedLights.be when a popup from Child Focus came up that tested me, a punter, on my ability to identify a child when I see one (as if the problem of child sex trafficking is caused by men who don’t know what a child is).

The phenomenon known as loverboy pimping (Romeo-pimping) is the term used in Belgium and the Netherlands to refer to the phenomenon more commonly known in the UK as grooming à la grooming gangs, though the scale of the networks is much smaller. The core tactic is the same: boy meets girl, girl thinks she’s in a romantic relationship, boy pimps out girl, at first in a close circle and eventually to a wider network. Sometimes, they end up on site like RedLights.

In Belgium, the entire industry operates openly and legally because the government went along with the campaigners’ (including Amnesty) argument that criminalising prostitution drives it underground, making it harder for women and girls to report that they are being exploited (for fear of being prosecuted themselves). So instead, Belgium has driven the whole thing overground, and there’s nothing to hide, nothing to monitor, and nothing to investigate. You can’t tell what’s consensual and what’s coerced because it’s all supposed to operate as an industry like any other. Women are not applying for employment contracts, and pimps are not registering their brothels, as the utopians pretended to believe would happen. Read Julie Bindel’s investigation about it here.

You could argue — and I do! — that this has made it easier to hide the exploitation of women and children.

In case you’re wondering: I check these websites on a regular basis because I suspect that the demand for shemales is driving the supply of shemales. Muh economics.

Why I care enough about this to spend my time cruising for big-boobied Brazilian boys with boners: one of the drivers of transgender mania is the apparent very popular preference for gynandromorphs — essentially, pornified men with breasts. And you can’t ever get a man to admit that he’s into this, so you have to glean whatever information you can from the supply side. You can also tell a lot from what these men advertise in their service menus.

Anyway, it’s all so incredibly wholesome.

Lina Gálvez Muñoz really doesn’t get enough credit. She’s a Spanish socialist who has been the chair (and rapporteur) of the committee on women’s rights and gender equality in the European Parliament since 2024. These are very influential positions.

When she got the job, TERFs were excited because her party had just announced at a congress that they would return their focus to the material realities of women and girls and stop huffing the gender nitrate. Specifically, her party said they would ditch the Q in LGBTIQ, and they would reserve women’s sport for women. However, the backlash must have been severe, because we never heard much about it after that and Gálvez, a big fan of “the gender lens” as they call it in academia, has never publicly defended women as a real material thing that exists, as opposed to some wankfest in a transvestite’s head.

Au contraire. Gálvez, a self-styled champion for feminist policies, has supported resolutions and reports that prioritise gender identity alongside/over biological sex in access to single-sex spaces, shelters, sports, and services. Under her watch, biological males have been included in women’s protections and equality measures, essentially helping to erode female-only provisions. She frames any opposition to these changes as a right-wing backlash, rather than legitimate concern linked to material reality.

She knows what’s going on. TERFs have told her. And yet the day the European Parliament passed a resolution that asserted that “trans women are women”, she could be seen squirming in her seat with utter glee. She reportedly recently said that left can’t be seen to be infighting (over trans nonsense) or the right-wing will use it to their advantage. She might lose her very important job. The thought!

He began to believe he was unwittingly taking part in an elaborate “circus” when he noticed that a project he had evaluated as unworthy of an EU grant received almost €2 million anyway. He confronted the Commission repeatedly to find out if they had involved him in a fraud, and to ask if the decisions about funding projects are ultimately made by nameless bureaucrats despite the hired experts’ opinion.

The evaluation process, he told me, is long and expensive and involves many different experts from all around the continent. Is it all a sham?

The project in question involved a municipality of a major European city, so perhaps there were some political favours being granted. Whatever the case, Romeo, who is from Albania, did not sign up for this. His name is ultimately attached to that particular project grant, and the Commission will not let him see the final report in order to verify if, or in what way, his evaluation was altered to make the proposal “pass” the threshold to make it eligible for the money.

Who really makes the decisions? To what extent is the EU funding evaluation process an elaborate facade?

One of the ways the gender machine has been kept tanked up on cash is via funding for LGBTIQ+ organisations and projects, from multi-million euro annual grants to NGOs, to smaller grants to individual projects that help seep gender nonsense into every facet of European life. If you take a look at the NGO landscape in the EU, you may notice that there is an inordinate number of non-profits dedicated explicitly to promoting various flavours of sexual identity labels. Why? Perhaps it’s because the people who run the NGOs and the people who sign off on their grants are buddies. They don’t even hide it. The LGBTIQ+ staff committee inside the Brussels bureaucracy proudly advertises its membership of ILGA-Europe, the very same organisation that lobbies the very same staff for money.

It’s not a good look, but these grifters fear nobody and nothing.

Disheartened with the whole process, and angry that he got roped into this complicated and expensive legitimacy-theatre, Romeo belatedly followed in his father’s footsteps and now drives a bus for a living. In our conversation we also talked about postmodernism and Brussels’ cultural imperialism, among other stuff.

Trans activists ask politicians to defend toxic trans laws

Advancements in “trans rights” were, by necessity, planned in secret meetings, smothered in obfuscating vagueries, forced through the courts on the downlow, and protected from scrutiny by a strictly enforced No Debate media strategy.

However, with legal victories piling up, trans activists are ready for their friends in the legislature to be a bit more frank about what they have achieved together.

Earlier this year, the trans activist lobby group, ILGA-Europe, sent a memo to members of the European Parliament (see screenshots above) urging them to fight back against the shock and disgust circulating in the Parliament, the international press, and on social media about the European Commission’s stated support for legal sex changes for children. The outrage followed the publication of an EU strategy document that stated the following:

“The Commission will facilitate exchanges of best practices among Member States to support the development of legal gender recognition procedures based on self-determination that are free from age restrictions.”

This dickish doublespeak is par for the course in trans land. The text makes very clear the legal direction of travel the member states are expected to follow, while embedding enough plausible deniability that the Commission can keep its hands clean of the whole thing. The wording allowed Anna Gray, Commission spokesperson, to respond to the online frenzy in this way, without actually lying: “To suggest that the Commission would impose such measures on member states is simply false.”

She’s not wrong. The Commission cannot currently impose such a thing via the regular channels. But they are imposing it via a longer, round-about route: beyond just passing the buck to the wokest (and most obedient) member states to “share best practices”, as outlined in the paragraph above, they have also been paying ILGA-Europe (and others) to seek out and support legal cases that will force sex self-ID on EU countries by manipulating freedom of movement rights and GDPR rights.

ILGA-Europe and its satellite of funded activists all over the continent (many or most of whom are also funded by the EU) have been extremely successful in this regard. And while there has not yet been a Court of Justice case that explicitly instructs member states to provide for sex self-ID for minors, recent freedom of movement-based “mutual recognition of documents” rulings mean that as long as a kid can falsify his or her sex in one country, it can be argued that he or she should have the right to falsify it anywhere in the EU.

Anna Gray is unlikely to tell you any of this. And if you write to her to ask her: is the EU funding court cases to erase sex in law? Or: is the EU funding a gazillion trans rights NGOs all over the EU (and beyond) to create the illusion of popular support for sex erasure? she’ll move your email to the trash bin and pretend she never saw it. Or, she’ll answer something like: “The EU fosters the facilitation of empowering marginalised communities by engaging in human rights-aligned best practices and international standards.” Okaaaaaayyyyyy.

On paper, member states have sovereignty over delicate issues relating to family and national identity. But the Commission is currently challenging Slovakia for cheekily declaring its intention to maintain this right. ILGA-Europe called this “a constitutional coup”.

What’s interesting about the memo above is that it wouldn’t have been advisable ten years ago to advertise openly any of the specifics of “trans rights” blather. The need for secrecy when dealing with trans bullshit was made abundantly clear to members of the EP before they even got elected: Remember when ILGA-Europe asked candidates to pledge to keep quiet about their work whenever necessary? Now that it’s too late to stop it, and trans kids are a legal reality in multiple European countries, ILGA-Europe would like officials to show a bit more pride in these achievements.

The memo has a list of ready-made, full-throated defenses of trans insanity that ILGA-Europe would love to see circulate in the press. They want their allies to tell journalists that it’s totally good and super normal and also excellent that kids can pretend to be the opposite sex, and that it’s mega awesome that civil registries now have to record this lie as fact. They’d love statements from their backroom buddies openly declaring that social and legal transition doesn’t fuck up a child psychologically (it does), and that puberty blockers are really really cool and reversible (they are not).

But that defense is not coming. Not now, and probably not ever. The strategy of No Debate was necessary precisely because this trans bullshit is an impossible sell. No politician, no matter how hard they worked to get ILGA’s hush-hush legal wish list over the line, seems willing to stand up and admit it.

Once the flattening language of “human rights for all” is removed, and everyone learns the details, nobody wants their name attached to it.

What they’ve pushed through looks barbaric to anyone who isn’t caught up in the mass psychogenic illness that is the sex-erasure project. Even MEP Marc Angel, the biggest ally of the queer project in Brussels, gave this extremely lukewarm defense during the brouhaha over the trans kids thing: “This is a recommendation whose aim is to encourage member states to exchange information on their practices and legislation with the idea of ​​advancing the rights of LGBTQIA+ people.”

This blaah is not quite a ringing endorsement, is it? He did not say, to the chagrin of his ILGA buddies: “Changing sex is a great thing for kids to do, and stopping their natural development by castrating them chemically is a wonderful plan that I am happy to contribute to.” He and other turbo gender loons like MEP Kim van Sparrentak know they would nuke their political prospects by taking responsibility for this dangerous elitist nonsense.

If anything, trans superfans are getting even more vague. “LGBTIQ+ rights” has now to be further obscured under the label of, simply, “democracy”, such is its plummet in popularity. This moves the discussion even further away from the important specifics of this deranged political movement.

But somebody, some day, is going to have to take responsibility for the specifics, in all its plain-spoken glory. Who will it be?

World Health Organisation group squabbles over evidence versus “experience” in design of gender-affirming care guidelines

I spoke to someone involved in drafting the WHO’s much-anticipated guidelines on transgender-affirming care. The Guideline Development Group (GDG) is due to release the results of its work by the end of this month, according to this anonymous source who is close to the discussions.

The GDG, which is made up of public health experts and activists, is set to recommend that governments mainstream gender-affirming hormone therapy access in the public health system, and set up centres of excellence and/or knowledge hubs to provide the required training of medical staff. Just like regular primary care practitioners can learn to handle the diagnosis, screening and monitoring of diabetes, they can take on the same tasks for patients who wish to change their secondary sex characteristics by taking cross-sex hormones, the source explained.

The development of the guidelines has not been easy, I was told. While the clinicians and public health professionals have been carrying out systematic reviews and data analysis to support their decisions, activist members of the group have been frustrated, as they insist that the guidelines should reflect the personal preferences of “the community”.

A significant proportion of the clinicians involved in the process work in the HIV/AIDS field. Providing gender affirming care to male transvestite prostitutes as an incentive to engage with the health system is considered essential to ending the AIDS epidemic, as the rates of HIV infection in this group are staggeringly high. In some countries, up to 30% of all transgender-identifying males have HIV.

The overall objective of the different factions that make up the GDG — clinicians in the HIV or public health fields, or the ideology-driven “rights” activists— may appear to be the same on the surface, but they don’t all really want the same thing. One group wants hormones on demand as a fundamental human right. That is the endpoint. The only “evidence base” they consider relevant is: “I want it”.

The other group wants to end the AIDS epidemic, and one of the ways they think that can be done is by offering hormones to “key populations” on demand. Improvements in quality of life, overall health, and ultimately, lower HIV numbers via higher PrEP uptake are relevant endpoints in this context.

The guidelines are intended to cover all transgender-identifying people (male and female), but clinicians will have to make sure that whatever they produce will lead to increased access to HIV/STI services, uptake, adherence, and retention in HIV care for “trans women” in prostitution.

The activists want to put the system in place and use it to collect the data. More sensible heads want the data first. So far, the systematic reviews conducted by members of the GDG on the ability of gender affirming care to improve quality of life have shown that the evidence is weak at best.

This was part of what has been holding up the guidelines, if my source is to be believed.

It’s worth pointing out that if trans women were not so susceptible to HIV infection, there is little chance that the WHO would care about meeting the aesthetic desires of trans mascs and autogynephiles from the Global North. If AIDS disappeared tomorrow, institutional support for “trans rights” would likely disappear with it.

Belgian trans clinic: extreme mental illness, even self-cutting, no reason not to transition kids

Ever since the UK’s notorious Tavistock clinic stopped offering gender services to children after the Cass review, neighbouring Ireland has had nowhere to send kids who believe they have wrong-sex souls.

As a stopgap solution, the Irish Health Service Executive has been sending kids to a Belgian clinic. I happen to live here, so in February 2025, I put my name down on the waiting list to be seen by their gender team. I presented myself as the mother of a sad autistic daughter who insists she is a boy.

Last week, my fake (14-year-old) daughter’s turn finally came round, so I went to the clinic to ask about getting her doped up on testosterone so she could “turn into” the boy she believes herself to be. I told the gender clinic nurse at the intake meeting, which my daughter was far too anxious to attend herself, that she is bedroom-bound, barely talks, has mostly quit school, hates herself so much she has showers in the dark, is deeply depressed, cuts herself, and is autistic and probably a lesbian. She has intense social anxiety, barely any friends, and had a very traumatic incident in her youth.

The nurse told me that none of this would prevent her from transitioning into her true self. In order to beat back some of that dysphoria, the first thing we could consider is puberty blockers which would be prescribed after she had seen a psychologist. But don’t worry, the psychologist just wants to get to know her “trans story”. We don’t deal in rejection, he told me.

Child sex abuse material: which platforms are the most popular in your country?

The US-based National Centre for Missing and Exploited Children has an open data website listing the stats for child exploitation found and flagged on social media platforms and websites, broken down by country.

A note on these stats: some countries flag way more incidences of CSAM than others, but higher numbers don’t necessarily mean more CSAM is uploaded in that country. It could just mean that the flagging system is better, the rules are stricter, or some other reason. What can be gleaned from the data, however, is which social media platform(s) predators tend to gravitate towards in different countries. For example, Irish paedos love TikTok, while Belgian sickos seem to prefer Snapchat.

I was shocked to see the number of reports for child sex abuse material on TikTok, so I went on the platform and typed in “little girl dancing” and found very disturbing content within seconds. Roblox, to my extreme surprise, was very low down on the list for the number of reports. This could be because the company has had to clamp down after negative attention. Or perhaps, the company and its users are simply not alerting the authorities of the images and videos of CSAM that they come across. Either way, keep your kids off these apps. Nightmare juice.

Albania has two legal gender recognition court challenges ongoing. This matters for EU accession

Luana Myrto is an Albanian man who claims to be a woman. In 2025, he caused drama when he went on TV and alleged that he had been taken into care as a minor by LGBT support groups and shelters (including the EU-funded Aleanca LGBT), who then manipulated and pressured him into hormone therapy and transition. He also said that he was made promises of educational support that were not kept, and that the activists isolated him from his family.

This kicked off a storm, with LGBTIQ support groups denying his claims. Conservative groups saw him as a kind of whistleblower, revealing the sneaky tactics of the rainbow lobby.

However, Myrto still insists he is a trans woman (though he does not deny his biological reality) and is currently taking legal action against the Albanian civil registry for legal gender recognition. He is being supported by the (EU-funded) Helsinki Committee.

Simultaneously, Aleanca LGBTI started their own strategic litigation case seeking legal recognition of a trans woman’s gender identity before in a court in Tirana.

The lack of any kind of legal gender recognition in Albania has been highlighted as a potential blocker for EU accession negotiations. A positive outcome in either of these strategic cases will advance the country’s EU membership ambitions, which are under pressure to succeed thanks to the EU's current, ahem, geopolitical concerns.

This is a new feature in which I put a face and a name to the faceless nameless people responsible for removing women and girls’ sex-based rights in Europe, and/or for advancing the destruction of gay and lesbians’ rights (and bodies, and mental health) and everyone’s ability to speak freely about how dumb and dangerous it all is.

First up is Susanne Knoefel, head of unit in the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Justice and Consumers, JUST D.1. This is the unit responsible for non-discrimination, LGBTIQ+, age, and “horizontal matters”. During her tenure, Knoefel has overseen the production of several extremely damaging and anti-woman, anti-gay initiatives, including the LGBTIQ Equality Strategies of 2020-2025 and 2026-2030, various publications monitoring trans mania implementation across member states, the transing of national equality bodies, and lots of intersectional nonsense. She’s a close buddy of the folx over at ILGA-Europe, to the point where she doesn’t even list all their little get-togethers, soirees, chit-chats and chummy chinwags.

German ministers want to get rid of separate toilets for women at public events

A ministerial body of the German federal government is about to vote on an amendment to a building regulation that would remove the requirement for separately-sexed toilets in buildings intended for large events. The change would apply to new constructions intended to be used as concert halls, stadiums, theatres, festivals, or any building designed to host large public events. In practical terms, it means no more women-only toilets for German women, girls, and little kids, which many people consider to be necessary for safety, privacy and dignity.

The women’s rights organisation, Was ist eine Frau, said that such a move would be “devastating”.

Ironically, psychotically, it is being pitched as a ‘gender equality’ initiative: the ministers are reacting to complaints that there are never enough toilets for women. Venues tend to have equal number of toilets for both sexes, even though we take longer in cubicles — not because we’re having a good time in there, but because we have to get half naked in order to pee. We also spend a substantial part of our lives bleeding out of our vaginas, and we need to make very sure there are never ever any outward signs of that fact, otherwise everyone freaks the fuck out. But rather than give us more cubicles, we just have to bunk in with the men. All together like one big sexless family.

For this great plan to work out well, men would have to no longer present a statistically significant predatory threat to women and children in confined and isolated spaces (and given this particular context, likely drunk). That’s not the reality currently, but civil servants and gender studies “graduates” seem to perhaps think they can engineer that utopian outcome.

This move is an escalation of woke Europeans’ mission to de-sex all hitherto-sexed facilities, a plan that has mostly only concerned schools so far (see a good recent example in Luxembourg and another one in Ireland) as well as individual hospitality establishments whose cool clients love all that gender shit. Germany is engaging in a bit of “norm entrepreneurship” by expanding the idea outside of schools and woke coffeeshops.

Suffice it to say, the building ministers and their policy assistants don’t spend much time around the kind of men who follow you into a bathroom and masturbate while listening to you pee, or place a camera under a toilet seat and stream the footage to millions. That world still exists for German women and kids, but bureaucrats never encounter it, unfortunately. Their favourite funky brunch place in Neukölln has mixed sex toilets, and like, the non-binary baristas use it, so what’s the big deal?

They either don’t know about the extremes of male sexuality, or worse, they think they can tame the latent (sometimes blatant) savage out of male mammals, even the ultra low-IQ ones, by getting some 23-year-old gender urchin to design a cartoon world in Canva where sex doesn’t matter.

The vote for this elite betrayal of women and children will soon get underway. Was ist eine Frau is urging citizens to write to their building ministers.

No more women’s restrooms at events? Let’s stop this!

Single-sex services for women are disappearing in Europe

There are two main ways via which single-sex spaces and services are slowly going extinct in Europe. The first one is, obviously, by allowing anyone to identify as the opposite sex. Once a male person is in a female-only space, let’s say a youth hostel dorm room for example, it is no longer a women-only dorm room. It is a mixed-sex dorm room. He may have had his nads removed, or he may even be wearing a dress covered in flowers. It is a mixed-sex dorm room once both males and females are allowed to sleep in it.

If you tried to get such a man out of the room, and return it to its status as a women-only space, you would be accused of discrimination against him on the basis of his gender identity (though depending on your legal jurisdiction, which in turn depends on the speed at which your country’s equality legislation is being transed, this may still be called discrimination on the basis of “gender” or even sex-via-gender reassignment, even if the “reassignment” involves nothing more than the flowery dress).

If a company, or service of any kind, tries to maintain a single-sex policy, they will likely have to battle it out in court as soon as a disgruntled transvestite sniffs out their heresy. And so in order to avoid being dragged to court by such men (and such women), companies and services are pre-empting legal action by just making everything mixed-sex, like the Germans are planning above. Problem solved.

And while the end of women-only yoga classes might not bother you that much, there are some services that really (really really) need to remain sex-based, and they are underpinned by the same equality laws that are currently under threat.

First a little background: equal treatment laws are mandatory in EU countries. I can’t refuse to sell a man an ice cream from my ice cream van, just because he’s a man. You can’t refuse to polish a woman’s Fabergé egg because you only polish men’s Fabergé eggs.

Except, and this is crucial, sometimes you can discriminate on the basis of someone’s sex. And I bet you can guess what those circumstances are. It must be, as the TERF Islanders put it: “a proportionate means to achieve a legitimate aim”. This teeny tiny caveat, variously worded, carries the weight of women’s safety and dignity in public spaces and services in European countries. You can deny a man access to a women’s prison or rape crisis centre, and you can refuse to hire a man for a job in (for example) a residential care home if that job involves washing the intimate parts of delirious old ladies or intellectually disabled children (whose families can request female-only intimate care).

Do you know why a family of an old checked-out woman might wish for their mother’s genitals be tended to by someone female? You bet you do. Not All Men yadda yadda yadda. Save it for yer wife. Enough men are #LikeThat that even gender-equal Scandinavian utopias can legally advertise for those jobs for women only. And men also have the right, for privacy reasons, to wish only to have men tend to their bits. And that’s utterly reasonable.

But by expanding equality protections to include men masquerading as women and vice-versa, the burden is on the management of such facilities to justify why they are excluding variously-identified people. The only country that has gone to court to establish in law that sex refers to biology, not identity, is the UK, but service providers eager to please noisy activists are ignoring it, leading to a bit of a crisis. Oh you’ve not read about this major policy issue in the newspaper, or seen a debate about it on the news? That’s not an accident.

Men stayed out of women’s spaces because both society and the law punished them if they did not. That norm is disappearing, and the law is disappearing — or being tortuously reinterpreted into nothingness — along with it.

‘Anti-gender’ is being fashioned into something akin to ‘racist’

The EU is about to pump about €11 billion into woke media and NGOs and there’s not a single thing we can do to stop it. The final text of the new programme, called AgoraEU, is currently being negotiated, and it can only get worse. For example, when it went to the European Parliament, it was amended to make sure that some of that huge money pot goes to media organisations to detect, analyse, combat, and tackle “anti-gender narratives”.

The same amendments were added to the part on civil society funding.

Journalists and editors whose employment depends on the continued receipt of AgoraEU money would — at the very least — be cautious about covering the de-sexing of society, even in a neutral way, because talking about it (thus raising awareness that it is happening) is treated as a hostile act by rainbow activists. Editors would have to present “anti-gender actors” in the same way they present people who burn down asylum hotels, lest they get accused of platforming or legitimising Nazis (Nazis like me. I hate gender. I would burn it down if it was a hotel).

The media in Europe, with very few exceptions, are allowed to say about four or five things about “trans people” and all of them are very super good. It gets pretty boring, but it keeps the access and the funding flowing. If passed, this amendment would make that dynamic even worse.

Beyond a chilling effect, the anti-gender monstering would explicitly set the media and the public money griftosphere like a pack of dogs on anyone who doesn’t think that biological sex should play second fiddle to “inner gender identity” in the organisation of public life. This is extremely worrying. I don’t think I have to point out that it’s anti-democratic to frame something so contested as medicalised gender feelings as a universal, unquestionable good.

Beloved old Swedish hag sparks debate about trans extremism

Agnes Wold is a much-loved public intellectual in Sweden who is known for her feminism, her level-headed response to the COVID lockdown hysteria (she’s a bacteriologist), and, more recently, for refusing to go along with the transgender dogma that has gripped Swedish bureaucratic, activist, media and political elites.

On 20 May, the Swedish parliament approved an amendment to the law that criminalises “psychological violence” and “coercion”. The preparatory texts explaining the intent of the law covered “gender identity or gender expression (such as conversion practices)” as relevant contexts. It is widely understood to be Sweden’s version of a conversion therapy ban (a more explicit law is likely if the left coalition gets into power in September).

Speaking on a radio programme recently, Wold told the host that she would take 4 years in prison— the penalty for trying to prevent someone from leaning into their opposite-sex, delusion — before she would allow the gender transition of a grandchild (hard agree).

This comment set off major drama, with one famous gay media guy calling her the Swedish equivalent to “old hag” or “old crone”. Specifically, he said “get rid of the old hag. It is unethical of Sveriges Radio to give her access to a microphone,” which is a way of saying she should be fired from her public radio job.

Many, many people have called for Agnes Wold to be fired throughout the trans-mania era, and a lot of them seemed to be hoping that this comment would be the final nail in her coffin. But the remarks seem to have the opposite effect. Not only did Swedish people get very offended by this little shithead calling their beloved based radio-granny an old hag, they started to ask questions about the law that she was criticising.

And that, boys and girls, is how the omerta on the trans mass derangement got partially lifted in Sweden, and suddenly everyone started to ask: wait, what? Some kids think they’re in the wrong body and you can go to jail for telling them to snap out of it? Yes, dear Swedes, that’s what’s happening. Welcome to the conversation. We’ve been expecting you.

As of writing, Wold still has not yet been fired.

The EU gave €340, 000 to Save The Children to queer children’s rights

The UN Convention on the Rights of the Child has long been a prize target for queer activism, because if you can legitimise the idea of a “queer child” or “trans child”, then it’s easier to explain trans adults.

Activists have been careful to take things slowly, however, approaching the queering-kids mission via “anti-bullying” programmes in schools, as well as making teacher training more “inclusive” and trooning the sexuality education curriculum.

But with all the legal victories and advocacy milestones met, it looks like they may be ready to make a move on children more explicitly. Tomorrow there will be an event in the European Parliament hosted by a young “queer” MEP from Germany called Lukas Sieper on the topic of “children’s LGBTIQ rights”. One of the highlights of the event will be a presentation of a tool created by Save The Children Sweden, who got €340,000 from the EU Commission to map children’s rights instruments (UN treaties etc.) onto LGBTIQ instruments. What this means in practice is that they are creating a pile of evidence showing all the ways kids being queer (and thus in need of puberty blockers etc.) is already provided for in various international treaties. This is how the advocacy sausage is made.

The right to identity originated from the plight of children stolen from their families during Argentina’s junta (Dirty War) years. Activists fought for their right to know who they are. But this is interpreted by queer activists to mean that kids have the right to change into the opposite sex, and to take wrong-sex hormones to manifest that impossible delusion concretely. That particular “right to identity” was pivotal in the framing of Argentina’s self ID law, the first in the world (rolled back in 2025 by Javier Milei), a framing to which citizens in that country were particularly sensitive. Trans activists twisted the plight of stolen children to suit their own weird fantasy adventures.

Polish woman wants court to pretend she has always been male

The legal cases that codified born-in-the-wrong-bodyism in law in your country likely passed under the radar until it was far too late. Well here’s one in Poland that’s just getting off the ground.

The interesting thing about this case is that it reflects activists’ evolving strategy of framing LGBTIQ+ extremism as a rule-of-law issue. This woman wants her birth cert to reflect the fiction that she has *always* been male, which is not unusual, but here’s the novelty of this case: her legal defense is related it to Poland’s justice system, and not free movement like the Romanian woman in the Mirin case and not GDPR like the psychos in the Mousse case. This one is about a previous ruling made by allegedly “biased” judges. Ultimately, the aim is to make legal gender recognition easier in Poland but I think the strategy reflects a shift in the movement.

Will Ireland get Montenegro’s sex falsification law over the line?

Ireland is taking over the presidency of the Council of the EU in a few weeks, and that means that Irish leaders and civil servants will have a big role in many big and small meetings for the next 6 months.

Irish minister for European Affairs and Defence, Thomas Byrne, has been telling journalists about Ireland’s ambitions for this 6-month term, and one of them is to make progress on accession talks for EU candidate countries. In particular, Byrne said he is hoping to make progress with Montenegro, the most advanced country on the list in terms of meeting the obligations for joining. However, one of the obligations that Montenegro still has to fulfill is introducing sex self-ID (legal sex falsification). A draft bill has been ready since 2024 but opposition has kept it from being passed. I have asked the Commission if they consider this a dealbreaker, or if there is any chance Montenegro can get away with not doing the trans thing. I’ll update when I get an answer.

One thing we do know, however, is that Ireland is a hopelessly gender-trooned country that has never refused the demands of a rainbow NGO. My country might be the one to help Montenegro get its utterly backwards sex falsification law over the line. What a proud legacy that would be.

Trump’s USAID cuts hit ILGA really hard

The annual reports of rainbow activists for 2025 are coming out and you can see how badly Trump’s decision to halt Globohomo has affected their revenue streams. In terms of actual figures, they don’t tend to talk about those. But ILGA-World has butt-hurtedly lamented the cuts over and over in their official communications, including in their 2025 annual activity roundup.

The big job of the rainbow mafia over the past year has been is to find a way to replace the USAID money. The begging bowl is out, and some corporates are filling some of the gap. But to keep these nutters in the lifestyle to which they have become accustomed, this requires bigger budgets than even Primark or Google can provide. On 26 May, speaking in the context of global aid, Ursula von der Leyen said that the EU is now “the leading humanitarian donor worldwide”. You can take that to mean that your tax money, both from the EU pot and your country’s domestic budget, will end up being spent on drag queen toddler sex changes in Belize or whatever.

French judge: men cannot be linked to sexual violence, because some men pretend to be women

The main story this week is from Paris: on 20 May, a tribunal condemned author Dora Moutot for something utterly banal she said on a TV show in 2022.

Her comments were made in the context of transgender-identifying men, one of whom, Marie Cau, was sat opposite her in the studio during that fateful 2022 interview. Dora said “as women, we are obliged to be wary of people with penises”. For this sentence, a judge has condemned her for insult on the basis of gender identity.

The “people with penises” phrasing was an attempt to make it clear who is responsible for almost all sexual violence while at the same time staying on the right side of the Soviet-style speech dictats of the country’s hypersensitive and increasingly deranged gender elites.

To paraphrase her point: for our safety, women and girls need to be suspicious of the intentions of men, and it doesn’t matter if a man tells everyone he is not a man (all the more reason to be wary, frankly). The only thing that counts is that he is a man. Dora used the male phallus as a common denominator, hoping it would get her point across that it’s not about your hair length, Derek. Women get called “lactating populations”, “uterus-owners” and my personal favourite, “people who bleed” (which sounds like an Arnold Schwarzenegger line in Predator), so her word choice was in keeping with this physiology-first logic.

By trying to obey the rules (never obey the rules), Dora thought the state-backed rainbow mafia might grant her some mercy. But the judge found her words to be insulting because she reduced “trans women” to their male biology. As a result, she has been ordered to pay almost €5k in damages, as well as a €1k criminal fine to the French state for hurting its gender feelings.

As transvestites get folded into the legal meaning of “women” all across woke Europe, it has led to increasingly convoluted word games like this. The word “men”, depending on the context, and depending on how low one grovels to the gendercult, is sometimes used to include women on testosterone who bind their breasts and call themselves “Noah”. Also, “men” might exclude crossdressing males. So what word or words should French women use to make sure that they are accurately referring to all men and excluding all women?

You might think she should have said “male” but the French are weird about “male” and “female”, words that carry overtly animalistic connotations. I think it’s a bit like calling your female dog “my bitch”, or calling people “mammals”. I think the whole shitscene demonstrates nicely why TERFs must never kiss the ring. The Borg will drag you to court for polite euphemisms, but they might think twice before setting the lawyers on you for saying Marie Cau is a heterosexual sissy fetishist who started wearing women’s clothes because it sexually excites him. He might be wary of drawing attention to that.

Go hard or go home.

But Dora offered the gender industry a precedent ripe for the setting. She needed to be very publicly made an example of in order to teach a lesson to all French women who might be considering kicking up a fuss about the Marcels and Maxences in fishnets suddenly showing up to their women-only menopause yoga workshops.

France has had a shockingly muted response to the trans lobby’s takeover of the country’s institutions and senses. That’s because young white French elites live perpetually in a Boomerville ‘68 nostalgiagasm, and they are ready to smear charcoal across their cherubic cheeks and SMASH SHIT TO FUCKING PIIIIIIECES over the first Instagram influenceuse who dares to uh, disobey the French administrative state’s authoritarian speech codes. Dora is also of Jewish extraction, which makes leftist spittle all the frothier in the current climate. She was an easy target for the LGBTIQ+ machine in the way that, say, third-generation Maghrebian gaybashers are not.

What did the media say? The NGO’s strategic communications partners at shitLibération celebrated the ruling as a major setback for TERFs, while HuffPost France said it was an important legal tool against transphobic speech.

But the judgement should accelerate trans nonsense into the stratosphere: French women have no way to talk about male violence without risking legal sanction. And yet Dora told me today that no support has been forthcoming from the professional feminists, nor has any editor picked up on her offer to tell her side of the story.

She is appealing. The case, I mean. She is also appealing in the sense that she’s a hottie. Meanwhile, the trans activists are revolting, in the sense that they’re fighting back, but also in the sense that they look gross and dysgenic.

Women didn’t drag this species all the way to 2026 by being naive about people with penises. Those genes didn’t make it. Those genes got raped to death on the savannah.

Germany: women persecuted for not using biological terminology for men

Bizarrely, the opposite argument is currently being made in a very similar legal case unfolding on the other side of la Vosges. The details are similar-ish in all the ways that matter, but this time, the contentious sentence is the following:

“because she steadfastly protected her female customers from a potential peeping Tom."

The story from the TERFs’ mouth is here in full, but the TLDR is this: a man pretending to be a woman was refused entry to women-only facilities at a gym in Bavaria, so the state anti-discrimination authority punished the gym owner. In response, a group of women called Frauen Heldinnen (Women Heroines) published an open letter critical of the authorities on their website. They also called the man who complained “a man” and they left the comments open for people to show their support and/or displeasure, leading to over 500 people expressing their feelings about it all.

The man saw this act of defiance and launched criminal complaints against Frauen Heldinnen and against hundreds of commenters for incitement to hatred. Lots of Benny-Hill-soundtracked twists and turns followed in the legal case (the German state security authorities are now involved!) but ultimately it looks like it will come down to the sentence above.

Interestingly, the man’s lawyers claim that had the women called him, say, “a woman with a penis” they would have found it acceptable. Their freedom of expression rights did not apply, however, because they raised concerns over the gender, not the genitals. But this was the logic that failed Dora Moutot.

More word subversion: has the meaning of femicide changed in Spain?

A 33-year-old male travesti from Honduras was killed in broad daylight on 19 May by his violent ex, and Spain’s gender regime categorised it as a “femicide”. The murder of Kimberli Durán García is of course wrong and bad and tragic — but it’s not femicide. And when the gender critical group Feministes de Catalunya, who track the murders of women across Spain, said so in a social media post, it triggered a backlash from gender organisations, trans activists, LGBTQ+ groups, trade unions and political parties.

One state-funded organisation launched a petition condemning the feministes, and an open letter announcing legal action against them for hate speech. One of the most astonishing things about the incident, the Feministes de Catalunya said in a statement, is that nobody called for any consequences for the judge who released the dangerous murderer early from detention, the reason the guy got killed in the first place. That anger is only reserved for the women who refuse to obey the rules. This strategic exclusion is female-pattern aggression on a grand scale.

Trans activist turned out to be a paedo? This never happens!

You couldn’t say anything about Jimmy Savile’s creepiness and risky untouchability at the height of his fame because you would risk your career and reputation. Likewise, I remember an anecdote my mother once told me: when she was a kid, nobody wanted to sit up the front of the van with the priest on the way to the GAA club because whoever sat up the front got the priest’s hand down their pants. My grandmother’s terrified response upon hearing this was: you can’t say that about a priest!

Anyway, apropos of nothing: a man who pretended to be a woman and who had protected-darling status as a vaunted veteran of LGBTIQ+ organising in Belfast, has turned out to be a pervert whose thing was flashing his dick at schoolkids while dressed in women’s clothes. He was also tried in court for trying to pimp out children in a brothel he ran.

Thomas “Tina” McCombe died last week, and the tributes to this pillar of the LGBTIQ+ community have been rolling in. But when a woman, Eileen Calder, told the truth about his sexual degeneracy (comments on Northern Ireland Reddit and Facebook groups back up everything she says) she came under attack from the LGBTIQ+ NGOcracy, naturally, as the women who point out these inconvenient facts often are.

A Twitter TERF known as @ripx4nutmeg has been keeping track of these cases because the media are too scared to criticise our era’s untouchable men: “We now know of at least eight cases in the last three years in which a senior Pride officer has turned out to be a paedophile. Most of these stories were ignored by BBC News, which has a Pride section which is entirely promotional.”

In plain sight. See you at the tribunals in 20 years. The TERFs have reserved the whole front row.

To become a member of the EU you have to have a Pride parade. It has to look exactly like all the other Pride parades. Is there a Flying Tiger in Tirana? Go there and buy a bunch of rainbow tat. Based Bulgaria: gender identity is bullshit and we won’t be recognising it

In the long and fraught discussions over the next EU budget for civil society and NGOs (please someone save us from all the NGOs), Bulgaria repeatedly raised their objections to the inclusion of the concept of “gender identity” in the budget text. Gender identity is the demand that everyone pretend you are the opposite sex, of which the Bulgars are having none. They were ignored, repeatedly, and so they sent this nice little salty note to the Council, letting them know that they won’t obey.

“the Republic of Bulgaria asserts that, should the Regulation be adopted by the Council in this form, it does not obligate it to recognize or integrate into its national legal order any concepts, incl. „gender identity“ that intend to differentiate between “sex” as a biological (women and men) category and “gender” as a social construct and it will interpret the ones used in the proposal for Regulation as encompassing only the female and male sex in their biological meaning.”

Barbaric Dutch protocol is under review by the people who created the barbaric Dutch Protocol

The Dutch Protocol was dreamt up in Amsterdam University Medical Centre, and the idea behind it was to better identify the kids for whom gender dysphoria (gender non-conformity) was not expected to dissipate by the time they reached adolescence.

Such kids — very gender non-conforming, and therefore very likely to be gay — were considered good candidates for hormones that would block their natural puberty. Natural puberty would send these children down the aesthetic pathway of the sex that they are, and blocking it would give them more “time to think” (even though it seems to also block the brain development that would give them the capacity to “think”) about what they want, but also help them “pass” as the opposite sex as adults.

This medical “protocol” should be nothing more than a grotesque relic, a homophobic throwback found in a dusty book of scientific horrors.

But it’s not. It even shed its strict eligibility criteria in 2018 and was taken up — or, a bastardised version of it was taken up — all around the world. But some European countries have realised that doing this to kids doesn’t seem to help them in the long run, and it’s catching all kinds of distressed children in its trap — not just the ones considered way-too-gay, as per the original protocol.

In 2025, the Dutch parliament asked the Health Council have a fresh look at the guidelines, presumably in no small part due to the global furore over this very controversial Dutch export. But guess who’s on the reviewing committee? Correct. Not just a whole bunch of people who are currently practicing the protocol in their own clinics, but even people involved in designing the protocol in the first place. EU official conjures unlikely story of electroshock therapy in Europe

During a recent press conference announcing a recommendation to ban conversion therapy, the Commissioner for GenderShite Hadja Lahbib said a curious thing: she referred to someone who had undergone electroshock therapy in an attempt to stop them being homosexual. She said it as a justification for the need to ban “conversion practices”.

Hhhhmmm.

As I wrote for Unherd a couple of years ago, drumming up support for a ban on conversion practices has relied on conjuring a couple of very dystopian central images: one is of maniacal priests doing violent exorcisms, and the other one is of painful (and pointless) electroshock therapy.

French activists used to claim that electroshock therapy was being carried out in France, but when a member of parliament repeated their claim — that a clinic was carrying out such practices on homosexuals in Montpellier — she drew the ire of the region’s medical association, who claimed that such a clinic would require specialised equipment and expertise that couldn’t possibly have passed under their radar. No witnesses ever came forward, despite an appeal.

It was quite funny at the time.

There are about 19 electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) machines in the territory of Belgium, for example, and they are used under strict supervision in very exceptional circumstances. It’s been 50 or 60 years since anyone thought to use them to “cure” homosexuality. Does Lahbib really think modern hospitals — and all their staff — could hide that?

Or maybe she was referring to some kind of homemade contraption, or a TENS machine, that zaps a person while they’re watching gay stuff, à la Clockwork Orange? Either way, her words give a very inaccurate impression of what these bans are about. It suggests that people who are against conversion therapy bans are against banning electroconvulsive torture. That’s simply not true. The objection is to the criminalisation of talk therapy.

Research was funded in a number of EU countries in an attempt to unearth evidence of conversion therapy, of any kind, in order to justify criminalising it. But very few cases were found, and they were almost all about family rejection and threats. The things involved in conversion therapy — abuse, violence, coercion — are already illegal. But that doesn’t juice the imagination quite like the image of someone getting de-gayed via electroconvulsive waves to the brain. Verdict: emotionally manipulative bullshit.

Half of the WHO guidelines drafters are infectious disease specialists

The “trans” activist movement is a marriage of two causes: ye olde sexual fetishists, and the “third genders” of the poor world. The former glommed onto the organisational capacity that was thrown behind the latter. In many parts of the world, there is no “gay men” but just very feminine men who live in a liminal man-woman role, and other men who like to sexually abuse them from a very young age (see story on the Catalunya murder above for a recent very typical example). These man-woman roleplayers are an important high-risk group in HIV prevention. That’s why they got so much money. Or rather, that’s why orgnisations that claim to be able to reach them got so much money.

Undeniable evidence of this — my working theory for the rise of transgender lunacy — can be seen clearly in the makeup of the drafters of the WHO guidelines on gender-affirming care, due to be released any day now. Look at their profiles, and look at the contact email address.

To get the man-woman third genders into clinics to get their long-acting PreP shots (Lenacapavir), which is currently being rolled out, you have to offer these men something they care about, and the thing they care about is tits and hormones so they can keep earning money. This “care” combo is the winning formula. The head of the UK’s Terence Higgins Trust, Richard Angell, let the cat out of the bag when he said AIDS could be ended by “ending the wait in gender-affirming healthcare” at London Pride in 2023.

As part of the United Nations’ UN80 anniversary reconstruction, UNAIDS is being sunsetted, with its work getting absorbed into other agencies. The most important groundwork has been done. If we can just get all these shemale prostitutes on twice-yearly Lenacapavir shots, a major milestone will be reached, and all the things that we’ve had to do to “fight AIDS” will have been worth it: the safe injection sites in residential neighbourhoods. The decriminalisation of prostitution and pimping. The codifying of exotic homophobia. The erasure of sex. Cool cool. Not Pyrrhic at all.

In order to capture what it’s been like for female homosexuals in the era of gendercultism, Tonje Gjevjon (Norway) and Alison Ellis (UK) collected the stories of 19 lesbians from around the world and not only is their book, Kindred in Chaos, an insightful read, it’s also extremely valuable as receipts, which we TERFs never tire of collecting.

Here’s one of the women describing what it’s been like watching young butches try to turn themselves into men:

“I have seen many handsome butch women destroy their bodies with levels of testosterone their system was never meant to accommodate. These changes cannot be undone. I have watched healthy young women decimate their cardiac systems with these drugs… all in pursuit of something impossible.”

Another one writes:

“Because (lesbian spaces) don’t exist, it's much harder for lesbians today to accept their homosexuality. Many force themselves to date trans-identifying males and don’t call themselves lesbians because it’s a «TERF dog whistle». The trans movement has been incredibly effective in erasing women and lesbians, making us believe who we are is wrong and needs changing. It is wide spread conversion therapy essentially.”

And another one describes the moment the AGP penny dropped:

“…I connected one idea after another: cross-dressing serial killers, exhibitionism, true crime, paraphiliacs, autogynephilia, men who harass lesbians with the «I’m a lesbian in a man’s body» joke, men who deliberately try to get lesbians to talk about sex for their sexual titillation, men who harass lesbians by talking about porn... I peaked in rage and disgust… every major gay rights organisation had betrayed homosexual people. It was like the world was collapsing.”

Professional lesbianswithanasterisk-ism

Meanwhile, if you’re a European taxpayer, you should know that you are paying a lot of money for a big party currently taking place on the Greek island of Lesbos, organised by the professional LGTBIQ+ class to celebrate a group of people called lesbians-with-an-asterisk.

The word “lesbian” has a meaning. It means women who are sexually attracted to other women. The Official Meaning of lesbian*, however, has evolved to include straight men who wish they could be lesbians. It also includes women who claim to be men, and women who claim to be something called “non-binary”.

I strongly suspect that most of the women working for EL*C (Eurocentralasian Lesbian Community), the ones hosting this week’s island get-together, and who claim to represent European lesbianswithanasterisk, know that it’s all nonsense. But it’s lucrative nonsense. They get more and more money each year from the EU to keep the charade in perpetual motion. “LBQ women”, we’re told, are under attack by the “anti-gender movement” (it me, and proudly so) but what’s really under attack is the ability to name reality.

Lesbians, meanwhile, the TERFY ones, are completely unmoored from the money machine, and the parades, and the DEI panels, and the projects, and the boards, etc. And they are monstered. If you’re a young woman who is attracted to women, the current scene — the one that women fought hard to build — is an absolute landmine. If you say you don’t like “girldick”, or that you don’t identify as a woman (but that you just are one) you’ll quickly find yourself on the wrong side of the aggressive autogynephilic men who the EL*C now represent.

“If it's a woke judge who reads my file, then I'm in trouble.”

What’s it like being a mental health professional in a country that has criminalised non-adherence to the tenets of gender identity ideology?

I spoke to a child psychiatrist who is under investigation in Belgium for the promotion of ‘conversion therapy’. The doctor, who we’ll call ‘Sarah’, helps kids out of their gender distress (for which she claims to have a 100% success rate) and, as a result, she has been reported to the police for trying to convert ‘trans people’ into ‘non-trans people’.

All over Europe, kids are turning up in therapists’ offices telling them that their bodies do not match their inner (true) ‘gender’. Many of these kids are autistic and they have trouble reconciling their inner feelings of womanliness or manliness with society’s formula for sexed social success. For these literal-minded, pattern-seeking kids, things do not compute. But only boys like frisbee tournaments! Why am I defective? wonders the rigid-thinking butch teenage girl. She concludes that her unhappiness will be relieved by being affirmed by a professional as being a man or, at the very least, ‘being trans’.

Sarah doesn’t believe this is the solution. “I believe my patients when they tell me they have gender dysphoria,” she told me. “I completely believe them. But I try to improve their mental health by many ways. And then the gender dysphoria disappears.” She tries to make her patients feel better about reality, not to lead them by the hand into un-reality (and surgery, and hormones, and social chaos…). But for this professional practice, she is being persecuted. Listen to the full conversation below.

Creepy degree of coordinated messaging from the globohomo machine this year

It’s been relentless. The sheer flood of coordinated messaging from ‘the international community’ on and around IDAHOBIT Day (International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia, Transphobia) this year was shocking. And the similarity of the messaging from official accounts was a clue to the global coordination involved.

That’s not conspiracy theorising. Globohomo is not just a 4Chan meme, it’s a real thing: ‘LGBTIQ+ acceptance’ has been foreign policy priority for European governments and their global allies since about 2004, when the international development agencies of Sweden, the Netherlands and France began to make the link between development (esp. AIDS) and gay acceptance. Now that the US has noped out of leading on this mission financially, European governments and Canada have taken on the mantle. And they are very, very committed to it.

IDAHOBIT Day is an ILGA World-run campaign, funded by national governments via foreign aid/development money. ILGA-World manage the messaging, the materials, the coordination, and the website (called 17may.org after the day homosexuality was depathologised). This year, the official comms message, the one that got repeated ad nauseum by every Western embassy, diplomat, senior official, foreign office, Perm Rep, envoy, etc. was basically this: LGBTIQ+ stuff IS democracy. More rainbows, more democracy. More dedicated LGBTIQ funding, more democracy. More LGBTIQ+ events, more democracy. More Days Of [INSERT GENDER] Visibility, more democracy.

More erasure of sex-based reality in favour of ‘gender identity’, more democracy? More targetting of TERFs, more democracy? More police investigations of non-affirming therapists, more democracy?

That there is a correlation between being gay-friendly and being democratic is clear. Thinking that painting everything in rainbow colours will vanquish the dark forces of authoritarianism is a bizarre deduction to make. And amidst all the noise, all the tweets, all the statements, all the speeches, all the glittering events with VIP guestlists as long as your arm, nobody seems to be doing anything that will benefit gay people. Rather, it’s all about pumping money and attention into people who do LGBTIQ+ activism as a profession. Those things may sometimes overlap, but they are not the same thing!

Why did the EU encourage LGBTIQ+ activists to petition for a law they couldn’t make?

There’s a bit of democracy theatre that the European Commission plays called a citizens’ initiative. It’s a website that allows you to collect signatures for your cause. The website is EU-branded, EU-hosted, and EU-supported. If you get a million people to sign your petition, EU lawmakers have to pay attention to you and give you a response.

So far, so good.

Naturally, in order to get your petition on there, you have to meet a bunch of criteria. One of those criteria is very basic: you can’t ask the Commission to make a law about something they have no jurisdiction over. But of course. But by that logic, the petition to “ban on conversion practices” should never have gotten off the ground. But it did. Why?

When EU officials stated last week that “this issue largely falls within (EU countries’) remit” and “the responsibility lies mostly at the level of the member states,” they were correct. So the question is: why did they let activists pretend for the past three years that they could do something about it? Legal advisers gave the activists their advice before the petition got off the ground, telling them they could legislate. I am awaiting a response from the EC, will update if I hear back.

I suspect the Commission was pushing their luck and they got caught.

Religious NGOs are frozen out of EU funding while queer class-warrior race-baiters rake in the cash

I was going through the public meetings declarations of various EU officials recently and I came across a rendezvous that took place between the CERV grant managers and a federation that represents Catholic families, called FAFCE. Reading between the lines of the meagre meeting minutes, there appeared to be tension over grant money.

FAFCE (the Federation of Catholic Family Associations in Europe), it turned out, had applied for seven different grants and was turned down for all of them. This seemed odd. I would have assumed that religious NGOs would automatically fall afoul of anti-discrimination rules. After all, not believing in trans souls, or being against gay marriage, abortion, or newfangled family formulations, could be viewed as discrimination, according to The Way Things Are Going. I was very curious about the thinking of the Catholics on this: why waste your time?

FAFCE, it turns out, are belatedly asking themselves the same question. I had a long chat with Teresa Gerns, advocacy director of the federation, who told me that FAFCE had applied for grants to participate in projects related to child safety online and countering loneliness. She said that none of the grant applications mentioned any hot-button topics like women, the family, religion, God, or any other FILTH like that. Yet all were found inadmissible, which is why they asked the Commission for a meeting.

She quoted from the evaluators’ feedback: they should have been more “family-neutral” whatever that means. Oh? It is clear from FAFCE’s website, of course, that they believe in man-woman marriage and all those other standard Catholic heresies, but Gerns assured me that their project applications contained nothing about that.

In a way, it makes sense that they were turned down: how could EU institutions claim to fight discrimination against LGBTIQ+ people while supporting the work of organisations that don’t think gay marriage is acceptable? But that might lead one to believe that the ideological/philosophical/moral ethos of grant applicants must not be considered contradictory to EU law or values. Is that true?

Let’s take a look at some projects that were approved, shall we?

IGLYO, the “queer youth” NGO that has received millions in EU funds, organised a workshop on BDSM by a member organisation that did BDSM events in secondary schools. Are we to assume that this is in line with the EU’s stated concern about protecting children from sexual exploitation? When IGLYO put out a video last week calling for “class war” and “white accountability” are we to assume that this in sync with the Treaties? And what about all the new projects to counter the “anti-gender movement” which involve finding ways to criminalise women who speak up against gender nonsense? Doesn’t it fly in the face of the EU’s equal treatment, freedom of expression etc.?

I’m an atheist. But I think that if you invite queer extremists to help you guide EU social policy, it’s only fair to let the other side have a say, too. It’s clear that in the EU, as it currently exists, the policy direction is pointed towards evermore progressive extremism. I might disagree with FAFCE’s position on abortion and same-sex couples, but queer theorists are mental, their demands are niche and extreme, and their “ethos” is a lot more alien to regular EU citizens than the Catholics’.

Your elites are into some weird sex shit, folks, and they are full of postmodern garbage ideas. If people can’t just be normal, the trad Caths should be a welcome counterbalance in the system. Or, hear me out, strip everyone of funding and just agree that we can all be fucking normal from now on. I’m begging everyone. Can you all just be normal.

The grey market of medical gender transition is BOOMING in Europe

I wrote for Genspect about the growing number of ‘providers’ of transgender surgeries and other trans-related services in Europe. Don’t be tricked into thinking that fights over the national gender clinics or guidelines in your country are about who is trans and who should transition. Those fights are important, but they are mostly about insurance coverage. The private market is a free-for-all. In reality, for-profit surgeons don’t care if a customer is “really trans” or not. A man can get a pair of tits for about €3,000 without even pretending to think he’s a woman. Why would a surgeon care?

The WHO trans healthcare guidelines are coming and they will be bad

One of the objectives of trans activism has been to get trans-ness depathologised. Meaning, to have it taken out of the official category of mental illness. There’s a problem, however: how can you ask the state to pay for your healthcare (breast implants or amputations, for example) for something that is not a disease or a mental illness? The solution that the drafters of the World Health Organisation’s almanac, the ICD, was to reclassify wrong-bodyism as “conditions related to sexual health”. But reclassifying something means you also need new guidelines to go along with it. How should this very-much-not-a-mental-illness be treated by doctors and shrinks? How do we justify the coverage of cures for people who definitely-do-not-need-to-be-cured-of -anything? What a conundrum.

The task of drawing up the new WHO guidelines got underway in 2023ish, and when the names of the people who would draft it went public, TERFs went bananas because all the people in the Guideline Development Group seemed to be ideologues. They are not just on the trans train, they’re driving it. They’re in the engine room shovelling buckets of black coal into its furnace.

Anyway, one of the external experts was a very pervy Canadian autogynephile called Florence Ashley. He quit the group after the uproar, and in the months that followed, various gender critical/evidence-based medicine and TERFy type groups made statements about the crazies who were still in it. Nothing has been announced publicly since then.

This systematic review from May 2025 seems to claim that the group has decided on 15 “outcomes of interest”, with the help of WHO technical experts. The outcomes are based on “patient importance” so I think we can safely predict where all this is going. Later last year, someone from ILGA-Europe reportedly said that clinics don’t have to wait for the guidelines to get busy transitioning their patients. Indeed, as I wrote for Genspect, trans ‘affirming’ care is a blossoming industry; the real value of the WHO guide, whenever it gets here, will be comms that will help feed lobbyists arguing for public reimbursement of medical transition.

Drag queens violently attacked by teens in Brussels

“You really saw anger in their eyes.”

This story is so sad. I despise drag but this is brutal. Three gay men had just come off the Pride stage in Brussels last Saturday when they were attacked by a small group of male teenagers. The teens then called more teens to come and join in the gay-bashing, eventually swelling to a group of about 25, according to eye witnesses.

Nobody will report this but, everybody suspects it: the youths were most likely of Muslim/Arabic/Maghrebian persuasion. What will also be ignored is the fact that all three of the victims were visibly some variation of Muslim/Arab/Maghrebian extraction themselves. Two of them advertise this in their stage names: Sherine Falasteen and Diva Beirut. The third man is Moroccan and goes by the stage name Anira Orlando. They had been on the main Pride stage yucking it up with traditional Palestinian dancers, and I suspect that this marriage of queer flamboyance with Palestinian resistance-spectacle might have been the trigger that set their attackers off.

In related news, the Flemish state broadcaster VRT announced the results of a big survey that revealed that young Flemish people are becoming uncharacteristically homophobic and transphobic, and a lot of them think it’s totally ok for men to beat their wives. Philosopher Maarten Boudry kicked over the wasp’s nest on live TV by revealing that someone had told him that the foreign origin of the survey respondents was to be kept from the public. He literally whipped the leaked document out of his pocket on TV. Drama ensued.

It was one of the first questions I had when I saw the figures. We all suspect who hates the gays the most. It’s the same lads who think women should have guardians to walk down the street. It’s not Bart, or Stijn, or Jurgen.

Perhaps an easy entry point for the elites to Name The Problem of Muslim-flavoured homophobia and misogyny would be to bundle it into the Manosphere label generally? They love to talk about that.

Belgian trans event scuppered at every turn, so we’re going leafleting

First Eventbbrite de-platformed the event. Then the organiser’s mailing account got suspended for adding (publicly-listed) politicians’ and journalists’ email addresses. Thankfully, the venue has not yet cancelled. But to get the word out about this film screening and debate about parents of trans kids, due to take place in Leuven next week, the organisers are forced to do things the old way: stand in the street. I’ll be joining the parents group, Cry for Recognition outside Belgian government buildings to hand out leaflets. You can still buy tickets here but Eventbrite refuse to list it in the agenda.

It’s an interview with an anon paediatric psychiatrist who practices/practiced in Belgium, a country that has already enacted a ban on conversion therapy — despite having found almost no evidence it is happening.

Conversion therapy bans make it legally risky to try to talk a kid out of their wrong-body distress. At the very least, it makes doctors scared to try it. But some therapists, like ‘Sarah’, are braving it anyway. Unfortunately they are few and far between.

While activists — across Europe — failed to find much evidence of pray-away-the-gay type torture (which is the image your brain is intended to conjure up when it hears the term ‘conversion therapy’) there is plenty of trans skepticism about, and criminalising this skepticism is the intended effect of conversion therapy bans. Such legislation essentially performs the same function as hate speech laws that make it very legally dangerous to refute transgender core beliefs. However, this one has a particularly chilling influence on the psycho-medical profession.

Conversion therapy bans are about coercion, because transgender wrongbodyism does not have popular support. Making non-compliance illegal is how its advocates get around the unpopularity problem.

The soft-power machinery non-ban ban

I had been hoping to get this doctor’s experience out there before the decision was made by the EU as to whether or not to make a law against conversion therapy enforceable in all EU countries, but she is under (stalled) criminal investigation for conversion therapy herself (she refuses to affirm the gender delusions of her young patients) and as we spoke, she was literally trying to keep a low cover as she escaped the country.

Ultimately, last week, the European Commission decided not to issue a legally binding directive telling EU countries to ban conversion therapy.

But the outcome was hard to decipher based on the mixed reactions to the announcement. Messaging from activists was schizophrenically lopsided. At first, both sides — the activists making demands of the legislature, and the legislature itself — seemed to be celebrating their joint victory. But then a lot of people on the activist side decided that, in fact, there was nothing to celebrate, and that they had lost the fight. That’s because the EU’s self-trumpeted proposal, in the end, was non-binding. It was just vibes. Or soft power machinery, as Athena Forum called it.

Things got weird online: on the one hand, members of the NGO that had organised the campaign — which amassed 1 million citizen signatures — were filmed smiling and laughing in photos with EU officials. At the same time, their allies were posting Instagram reels about how disappointed they were.

So what happened?

The EU concluded that it can’t legislate in this area. But the fact that the petition even happened in the first place is evidence that they were chancing their arm, as we say back home.

Getting caught mid mission-creep

It’s not an ‘EU competence’ to get involved in criminalising talk therapy for genderfeelz. However, what is considered an EU competence has been subject to extreme mission creep in recent years*, and issues that you would imagine should remain national have become Brussels’ business.

The whole conversion therapy thing was born out of a petition launched in 2024 that was actually an EU-branded, EU-supported ‘citizens initiative’. This bit is important: this petition would not have been possible — it would not have been allowed to go ahead — if what it was asking for was not considered part of the EU’s mandate.

So why did it go ahead? How did it get this far?

A few years ago when I noticed the petition campaign getting off the ground, I wanted to know how the organisers — a couple of skinny young gay chaps from France — were paying for the legal advice that they would need to determine whether or not what they were asking for was even something the EU can legislate on. So I contacted the official EU petition people to ask about their funding declarations, but there were none. So how did they pay for the legal advice? Surely they got legal advice?

These details are boring and finnicky but they’re kind of important: it turns out that the legal experts in the EU Commission itself have to decide whether or not the subject of your demand is something the EU can make binding legislation on, before anything else can happen. (No doubt the vast EU network of NGOs are ready to help out with free legal consults, but it’s the Commission that decides on the legal basis for your request, if there is one).

Let me spell it out: the EU told the activists they could make a binding law banning conversion therapy. They said: go ahead and get your signatures, we can legislate on this. But they have since decided that they cannot make such a law. What changed between 2024 and now? (Awaiting a response from the press contact, will update).

I suspect that the EU bureaucracy was creeping the mission, and got caught mid-creep.

Time was, anything gender-y was waved through the EU bodies — because who cares amiright — but those days are over. The reality is that everyone’s on high alert for social issues in a way they might not have been before. Turns out people do care about what constitutes reality and about keeping their kids out of the hands of state-mandated ideologues. Shocking.

A legally-binding ban on sex-swap talk therapy would never “get past the Council” which is eurospeak for “it would fail to be approved by the more conservative countries’ leaders”, who are growing wiser and wiser to the social engineering schtick by the day. This is none of your business, the heads of state would have told the Commission, and they would have been right.

I’m not a specialist so I’m just spitballing here, but I think that something that has been until now a bit of a grey area has just been shoved firmly into the black.

So the Commission came out and told the gathering of disappointed youngsters last week that nope sorry, no law, we can’t actually do that, but here’s a non-binding vibes-setting document instead (I don’t think the lads should worry, it still looks great on their CVs. I’m proud of them in a twisted maternal way).

The NGOcracy and their buds in-state just got too brazen, got some backlash full-force in the face, and knew such a law would never get anywhere. Officials were forced to (sort of) concede: nobody wants this, so it’s shelved.

One of the ILGA-Europe enbies was clear-eyed about it. She said the decision “accounts for the limitations of the EU legislative process’“. She also described the setup as a “tyranny of the majority”, which is apparently not the same thing as a democracy? I also think ILGA-Europe, who astro-turfed the whole petition thing in the first place, lost interest, and have shifted their energy and focus towards rule-of-law stuff. Enforcing case law is where it’s at, because nobody can do much about stopping that.

There’s always the possibility that Commissioner Hadja Lahbib (with whom the conversion therapy buck stopped) and her friends realised that they will one day be the hook for the inevitable fallout of the trans scandal. I guess we’ll find out eventually, whether it be via tell-alls or tribunals. Looking forward to it.

*(I am trying hard to ignore the fact that the EU now wants to govern that extremely intimate part of a sexual encounter where you and someone else decide whether or not you want to shag each other. The EU parliament wants you to make a contractual agreement before you fuck, and if the deal’s not inked in the way the EU wants it inked by the fuckers, one of the two fuckees could go to jail. Yeah I know that rape is a problem. Yeah I know consent is important. That doesn’t mean either will be fixed by making sexual foreplay sessions subject to EU legislation. I mean what the everloving christ? The Heavy Petting Regulation? The Sustainable Dry Humping Act? The Third Base Protection Directive? I oppose this solution to the problem. I do not deny there is a problem — just to make it clear for the anti-gender movement academitards out there compiling lists of my crimes against the Borg.)

It’s been 17 years since the Global Fund birthed the modern trans activist movement

It’s May, and that means that gaudy rainbow junk is about to appear everywhere, but it also marks an anniversary: the May 2009 strategic decision by Bill Gates-aligned Global Fund (to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria), that supercharged the mission to replace sex with ‘gender identity’ in law around the world.

Prior to the 2000s, the movement we know as ‘trans’ bore no resemblance to its current manifestation. It was largely driven by fetishistic straight men who kept a safe strategic distance from the gays. While European and US transsexuals took legal cases that led to court rulings in their favour, they had little popular support, and very few organisations to represent them.

Meanwhile, in the rest of the world, what we now refer to as ‘trans’ has always meant this: way-too-feminine gay men who are allowed to live as a ‘type of woman’ in their cultures. They usually sell sex to straight men (you browser history refers to them as ‘shemales’) and they had (and have) nothing in common with the fetishistic western transsexuals.

But these hijras, faʻafāfine, waria, muxe, bardache etc. are extremely susceptible to HIV infection, for reasons I wrote about here. They are also a very important bridge population because their clients have wives and children. And for a long time, they were lumped in the category MSM (men who have sex with men) in global AIDS work. However, in the mid-2000s, research began to reveal something important: gay men who ‘live as women’ are very different, in terms of behaviour and thus epidemiology, to other gay men. Therefore it became urgent to differentiate the groups in order to make sure that the Global Fund was reaching the right ‘key population’.

These gay men go by various names in their different cultural contexts, but donors needed to conceptually unite them in order to target them. A change of strategic direction, decided in May 2009, meant that all 140+ countries on the receiving end of Global Fund cash had to start differentiating these men from each other, and incorporating ‘transgender women’ as a unique group and unique needs, into their outreach and activism. From 2013, it became mandatory. At that time, some of these newly christened ‘transgender women’ had to be coaxed into the label (they had to get rid of their false consciousness, as someone from the Open Society Foundations said about men known as bakla in the Philippines, see article linked above). Once it became clear that money was on the table, this was easy. The rest is history.

This is all very taboo but it’s true: NGOs, HIV researchers and AIDS funders made this group of men coherent and legible for funding and policy reasons, and that’s how and why the movement eventually went professional and trickled up to the rest of us. Albania: another legal battle pits EU membership against ‘traditional values’

Grading countries on their fitness to join the EU basically consists of checking whether or not they have a Pride parade. Toning down elite corruption is important, too. But mostly it’s about the Pride parade.

I’m being facetious, but only a bit. A big gay rainbow party in your capital city is a major signal to EU bureaucrats (and Canada, who are inordinately invested in the LGBTIQ stuff in Eastern Europe, for some reason) that you have shed your savagery. It doesn’t seem to matter that such events are not hugely popular in places like Tirana, regardless of what the Brussels-friendly admin pretend, or that it’s inauspicious for the EU project as a whole to impose such an obnoxious, alien institution, pertaining to such a culturally sensitive and loaded issue on people who don’t necessarily want it. (Not that being a gay is alien or obnoxious, of course, but this very Nordic-coded, loud, corporate-sponsored street party nightmare is fucking trash. The optics are awful.)

But if all you’ve got is identity politics as a way to measure social progress — and you can’t talk about race in the Balkans because, you know, lots of stuff happened there — the only way to make sure a country is no longer feral is by checking whether they allow leathermen to gyrate in a cage on their picturesque medieval town square once a year.

I’m guessing that’s why Viktor Orban banned these parades. I think it was a populist thing, not necessarily an anti-gay thing. Not to absolve Orban (come back my sweet prince) (I’m joking!) but gayropa-inspired gender shit just doesn’t transpose well outside our bubble. It’s very neocolonial.

Anyway, another way to show how progressive you are is to introduce the concept of ‘gender identity’ into your national laws, despite the fierce backlash it will inevitably stir. Albania obediently introduced discrimination protections on the basis of ‘gender identity’ in an updated gender equality law introduced in November 2025, proving their woke bona fides to the checklist chuds in Brussels. But the country’s conservatives (including Muslim associations) immediately took a repeal case to the constitutional court, and though this month a judge refused to suspend the law, a review is ongoing. To be continued.

Ukraine: civil code defines marriage the old way

Ukraine upset the NGOcracy by tabling a civil code that would effectively ban same-sex marriage or even civil partnerships, despite signs that it was headed in a more progressive direction (and despite the relatively positive view of the electorate on LGBTIQ+ issues).

The proposed civil code, which passed the first reading, says marriage is between a man and a woman, which activists say contradicts the country’s EU accession efforts. But I’m guessing the EU really, really, really wants Ukraine to join as a member right now, and they’re probably ready to lower their expectations. Or as the Commission would probably put it: there may be a strategic realignment of priorities. The NGOs are fyuuuuumin.

Slovakia gets funds despite going rogue on sex and gender

Last September, Slovakia did something similar to Hungary in that they changed their constitution to define men and women. They even went so far as to say that Slovakian people will not accept any outside interference on such delicate matters pertaining to family identity. But whereas Hungary had access to EU funds blocked for years for being sex realists (among other LGBTIQ+-related issues), Slovakia has continued to get big fat cash installments from Brussels. While activists like Amnesty and the Dutch government have urged that Bratislava get the same punishment Budapest got, and the Commission has indeed opened an infringement procedure against the country, it’s all being kept on the downlow. The Commission won’t comment on the consequences, if any, of this egregious TERFy constitutional amendment, and the Slovak leader, Robert Fico shows absolutely no signs of backing down. I suspect the EU has no appetite for another Hungary-esque showdown over queer values. In this economy???

Belgian woman put on leave for objecting to queer sex education curriculum

A Belgian woman has been put on leave, she claims, for criticising the Belgian comprehensive sexuality education (CSE) school programme. The woman, whose name and communications have been shared with me, says the trouble started when she remarked to colleagues that she was happy that a drag event for kids, planned to take place at the school, had not gone ahead. She then shared in a work WhatsApp group an invitation to an event that criticised the CSE programme (which is called EVRAS in Belgium). She was reprimanded and put on leave, and she is consulting a lawyer. Criticising EVRAS is coded lower-class and far-right, so people keep quiet about it, which is terrible because the Belgian version is among the most extreme in terms of gender identity content. The big exception is, of course, among our Muslim sisters who, at least in my case, have acted as a very welcome and vocal firewall against it. The European schools, the ones that teach the children of eurocrats, with their low to non-existent Muslim populations, have not been so lucky. I have some stories coming out about that soon.

Poland: Donald Tusk orders recognition of same-sex marriages conducted outside of Poland

Here’s a funny quirk of EU free movement rules: ‘mobile citizens’ (people who live or lived in another EU country) can end up with more rights than people who stayed put. If you want to get gay-married in Poland, you can’t. But Poland, as part of the EU, is legally obliged to at least recognise the administrative decisions of other EU countries. So if your marriage was recorded in the Netherlands, Poland must consider you married, even if gay marriage is illegal in Poland. This is not automatic, and has required court cases. Poland’s Prime Minister, Donald Tusk, announced this week that the legal gears are being put into action to guarantee recognition of marriages from outside the country to align with EU law. He drew the line at same-sex adoption, however.

This legal setup essentially means, as gender law expert Alessandra Asteriti described to me once, that the law always goes in the direction of most progressive, and never the other way around. That’s why every country will eventually have to replace sex (real, important) with ‘gender identity’ (clothes and hair length, often a fetish) in their laws.

The ILGA-Europe annual country ranking report is out and journalists are on it, Sir yes Sir!

It’s that time of year again: ILGA-Europe produces a country ranking of best- and worst-in-class for LGBTIQ+ faff, and European media outlets reprint it and go oooooh and aaaaaaah and booooooo in all the right places. But what does it really mean to say that Spain is top of the ranking this year? It’s because of their great trans health care access, says ILGA-Europe. Indeed: I just booked a mastectomy for my 15-year-old daughter in a clinic in Madrid. No diagnosis, no referral, and, I told the clinic worker, her psychiatrist refused to provide a letter attesting to her multiple mental illnesses and giving the OK for the surgery (I wrote about this for Genspect and the article will be out next week). Meanwhile, the UK loses points for having laws that guarantee single-sex spaces for the safety of women. Just bear all that in mind when you read the gasping headlines this week.

European Parliament health committee calls women ‘lactating individuals’

I wrote a couple of weeks ago about a proposal winding its way through the European Parliament that promises to improve the health of women. Unfortunately, it’s got provisions in it that will allow the destruction of the health of untold numbers of European women and girls. Having spent the last few years lurking in “trans masc” online communities, the idea that adding the barbarically euphemistic “gender-affirming care” to an initiative to do something positive for women’s heath seems like a cruel joke.

The Parliament, and member Billy Kelleher specifically, wants to codify the notion that girls and young women who hate their bodies can iatrogenically mutilate themselves better. Gender-affirming care for women includes having your reproductive organs removed and your vagina and vulva sewn shut, for no reason other than your ‘gender identity’ feelings, and all the lifetime of issues that entails. That’s what gender-affirming care means. Stop with the silly language.

Kelleher’s report just passed through the health committee, and came out the other side with the bizarre and dehumanising term ‘lactating individuals’ in place of ‘breastfeeding women’ This wording is the hallmark of some woke committee member (either a young stupid woman or some tryhard gay guy, always) who will no doubt brag about it in his/her next ILGA-Europe party (taking place 3 June in Brussels. I’m usually barred from all these things but somebody should and let me know which Commission officials you spot there).

What’s bizarre is that they only changed the language in relation to breastfeeding. The word “woman” is not erased elsewhere in the very long document. Why are we not called '“ovarian-cancer people”, or “people-who-experience-menopause”? It’s very inconsistent, but it matches what the European Medicines Agency is doing, which I wrote about here.

EU staff told: liking and retweeting critical social media posts? We’ll find you

Someone sent me some extraordinary screenshots of an internal webinar held in the European Commission last week. Staff were invited to a training session, hosted by one of the staff unions and the head of DEI, on what they can and cannot say in their private life. My favourite: “we will hunt you and we will find you” (paraphrasing).

They didn’t have the balls to put the really controversial “G” word in the announcement for the webinar. The title contained UKRAINE-GAZA-IRAN-VACCINES-POLITICS, as touchy subjects, but they didn’t dare mention gender, even though it is by far the most toxic topic inside the EU bureaucracy. Here’s some proof: at the exact same moment that the webinar was ongoing, there was a street protest by EU staff against Commission’s policy towards Gaza and Israel, on Place du Luxembourg in Brussels. I happened to walk past it, and I approached the protestors to ask if they knew they were probably breaking some rules. They said that they hadn’t heard that there was any interdiction on their very loud, very critical, very regular, and very EU-branded protests (and bake sales, and marathon participation, and so on…)

The Commission tried to ban all internal talk of gender a couple of years ago, and eventually fired me a few weeks ago for it. There is nothing in this world more sensitive among the elites than the sex-erasure issue. Not even Israel-Gaza. Incredible.

This pantomime involves a lot of cogs and props, and transmogrifying ideology into The Evidence is not easy. There’s a lot of effort involved in reaching a conclusion and then leading raw numbers and survey responses, gently by the hand, in the direction of that conclusion, all while pretending to be a neutral conduit for the truth.

One of the foregone conclusions that I come across a lot in my research is the claim that the situation for LGBTIQ+ people is so bad that More Must Be Done, in particular, done by the EU, such as clamping down on hurty words, criminalising TERFs, and forcing more queer theory garbage down the necks of European children.

There is reason to believe that gay or gender-non-conforming people have it rougher than many others in society. After all, many people with immigrant backgrounds in Europe absolutely detest gays and lesbians. There has been a sharp rise in the number of honey pot Grindr traps, at least in Belgium and France, whereby North African lads trick gay men into meeting in secluded spots for sex, and then rob them, beat the shit out of them, or even kill them.

And things aren’t going so well for male transvestite gooners either. They have been destroying women’s rights to sport, dignity, and privacy for more than a decade now. What’s not to hate? And what about all the green-haired freaks piling into your kids’ classrooms, telling autistic loners that the cause of all their problems is their ‘wrong body’? And the gaudy rainbow bunting absolutely fucking everywhere, all year round?

I’m filling up with hate just thinking about it.

But the issues that are really causing problems for the LGBTIQ+ ‘community’ (not a real thing) are never hinted at in any official datasets. That would involve admitting to activist overreach, or violating the sacred lib code never to notice the unique quandaries caused by the mass immigration of men from patriarchal shitdumps into gay-friendly cultures.

By far the most-cited data that EU government and NGOs use to justify things like hate speech laws, digital censorship, and trans-queer-themed comprehensive sexuality education, is the 2023 LGBTIQ Survey III from the Fundamental Rights Agency.

The FRA is basically a factory for churning out evidence that just-so-happens to justify the decisions of the European Commission and all the similarly-minded political actors in that entourage. If the Fundamental Rights Agency didn’t produce the required facts and figures, it wouldn’t exist. But it does, so it does.

The Commission drives the policy and political direction, and then requests backup from the arm’s-length FRA. The data is then put to work to justify the new policies. The setup should raise alarm bells, but without hard evidence that the Commission is actually instructing the FRA on what the data should ‘reveal’, the least we can do is examine the quality of the study design. I’m not a expert myself, but I knew there was a problem when I saw that they had managed to find nearly 2,000 people claiming the ‘intersex’ label, even though I know it has been very difficult to do intersex activist movement-building based on how few people actually use that label for themselves. How exactly was this cohort being defined?

So I farmed the job out to some TERFs who know about research practices and standards, and they told me that the survey contained a considerable amount of what could reasonably be described as pure garbage.

In the survey we find that ‘trans’ and ‘intersex’ people are disproportionately affected by violence, discrimination, and victimisation. But what is ‘trans’? And what is intersex? Does the survey at least attempt to define gender? Yes. Is it a circular definition? Also yes. Are crossdressers and transvestites, who don’t claim to be trans women, included in the definition of ‘trans’? Is it considered discriminatory to get the ick from them because everyone knows it’s a fetish? Yes and yes. Does the survey contain data on the number of natal males who claim to have had a cervical smear test in the past five years? Uhh, yes.

As consumers of this official data, I guess we are just as much to blame for gobbling up the numbers we find on official glossy factsheets. Surely in the internet age we’d be better at spotting elite misinformation? The phrase “According to figures from the…(INSERT ACRONYM)” should not fool anyone anymore.

But whatever about normies, journalists, surely, should be doing their due diligence and checking the stats to make sure they’re not rehashing activist or government propaganda. But I have never seen anyone examine the quality of these numbers or analysis that justify so much of the EU’s policies and laws related to LGBTIQ rights, as a whole, and sex erasure in particular. Every instance I have found where the FRA survey is cited in the media, it is cited as though it was sent from God herself.

So I invited a lovely TERF and retired science communicator, Ruth Parry, to give me her expert opinion on the survey design. She’s got a background in clinical research, and she talked to me about the recruitment methods, self-reporting, and ambiguous definitions that likely affected the outcomes.

We chatted about the clinically-sound DSD Life study, also funded by the EU in parallel, and how it contrasts with the FRA activist-driven one, and how embedding “inclusive gender” into research grant criteria will flub scientific processes, to the benefit of no-one. Enjoy.

Whistleblower: the EU expert evaluation process is a “fiction”

Romeo Kodra, an Albanian researcher living in Finland, says he spent 9 years reviewing funding applications as an expert evaluator for the EU Commission. But one day he discovered that a project he had rejected was declared to be a winner on the Commission website, contra his recommendation. The project received €2 million in EU funding.

What’s more: the text and scoring of the evaluation had been altered, but was still being attributed to him.

“Not only had the scores been changed,” said Romeo, “the justification had been rewritten. My name remained publicly attached to the evaluation, but the evaluation itself no longer reflected my professional judgment.”

When he asked questions about it, he was told the process had undergone some changes. He was also told he would no longer be invited to work as an expert. Many months and many emails later, he’s still not received an answer to the question: are experts just window dressing in decisions about who gets EU money?

Creative Europe, the programme for which Romeo was a for-hire expert, will be merged with the CERV (human rights/equality) and MEDIA+ programmes in the next big propaganda slush pit, called AgoraEU. Is the ‘expert evaluator’ system a fake-out? And how much of the €11 billion euro dedicated to the AgoraEU programme will be spent on this transparency/accountability cosplay? This adds to the accusation that the Commission is not reducing its staff numbers — it’s outsourcing policy work to external NGOs.

French court: medical evaluations for gender transition violate human rights

If you want to maintain your faith in supranational institutions, I suggest you look away now: citing the European Convention on Human Rights, a judge in Lyon has decided that public health insurance funds’ requirement that girls go through some medical gatekeeping before they lop their breasts off is a breach of their human rights. Specifically, it is a violation of a girl’s right to private life to put safeguards in place before letting a surgeon remove her perfectly healthy breasts and dump them in a medical waste disposal unit.

To be absolutely clear: the case was about insurance coverage. It’s already possible to surgically and medically trans your kids, or yourself, in France (with the very low lower age limit of 14, according to this doctor quoted in Politco). As long as you have the funds and you can get a surgeon to agree to it (you can find their names on Reddit, Discord and Facebook), all you need to do is help your little chouchou lace up the back of her medical gown.

The issue at hand here is whether or not the state should pay for it, and if so, whether that means the authorities can/should impose some due-diligence before doling out public money for vagina-closing surgeries and other totally normal interventions. In the ruling, these procedures were compared to surgeries for cancer, and the judge decided that it’s unequal treatment to make ‘trans people’ jump through more hoops than ‘cancer-people’.

As a reminder, another prestigious institution, the European Court of Justice, recently ruled that Hungary can no longer stop lunatics from spreading the message to children about this ‘solution’ to body-hatred. Kids in Hungary must be allowed to learn that amputating their breasts, or sewing shut their vaginas, are perfectly reasonable fixes for sex-related distress.

French elites love queer shit, and their ANTIFAs are deranged and establishment-approved, so it’s only a matter of time before this takes off all over France, which until now has had fairly stringent conditions for reimbursing trans ‘care’.

Conversion therapy bans could be risky for ‘trans affirming’ doctors

Conversion therapy bans could, in theory, come back to bite trans activists in the arse.

A same-sex attracted person, medically, socially, legally transed with the help of an ‘affirming doctor’ or other person in position of authority, could potentially use the same law to make the accusation that attempts were made to de-gayify him or her.

Many Brussels policymakers and politicians are throwing their weight behind ‘conversion therapy bans’ for the kudos they think it will earn them among the yoof. They seem to think the bans are an easy win, all symbol and no substance, considering that coercion and violence and abuse are already illegal. And who would disagree with the (apparent) premise of such a law?

But say a gay lad or a lesbian ‘detransitioned’ after realising they can’t actually change sex and become a straight person. Who will they blame for convincing them they could? Helping a patient to ‘convert’ to heterosexuality would fit most people’s understanding of conversion therapy. Indeed, it is not uncommon for conservative parents to want to turn their twinky gay sons into girls.

But isn’t the Borg too smart, and their lawyers too numerous and too well-paid, for such a clumsy oversight? The laws introduced in the EU (in chronological order: Malta, Germany, France, Greece, Spain, Belgium, Cyprus and Portugal) either explicitly or implicitly place gender-affirmation and medical transition outside the conversion therapy ban. To varying degrees, the texts make a distinction between suppression (of your delusion, which is BAD) versus support/affirmation (of your delusion, which is GOOD).

Malta has some of the most advanced (read: mental) sex-fake laws in the EU and their conversion therapy ban goes the furthest in making clear that transing someone gay will never get you in legal trouble.

Malta doesn’t have ‘progressive’ laws, by the way, because the country is progressive. On the contrary, it’s because it’s such a basket case: the Labour party wanted to give the island a makeover and move away from its image as a self-dealing backwards shithole. They wanted to paint a picture of openness and modernity, so they thought they could take a shortcut by just introducing loads of queer shit. A bit like Ireland.

But rather ironically, Malta’s conversion therapy ban’s exclusive carve-out for transing away the gay is a blunt hint at the truly conservative nature of its lawmakers and citizenry. Gender transition for too-feminine men has long been a thing. Meanwhile, abortion is still illegal in the country, in almost all circumstances, and divorce was illegal until 2011. It reminds me of a scene in the 90s ’s Bill Murray movie, Curly Sue, where the little homeless girl has learned how to spell “asphyxiate” but it turns out she can’t spell simpler things like “cat”. It’s a ruse to make the welfare inspectors think she’s attending school.

It’s all kayfabe, babe.

With transgender ideology, the entire system — medical, legal, social, state, educational — is conspiring to turn same-sex attracted people into heterosexuals. A too-enthusiastic ‘affirming’ doctor’s over-eagerness to help a boy castrate himself and turn him into a simulacrum of a ‘straight woman’ could be interpreted in the wrong direction. Words like ‘suppression’ and ‘support’ could eventually become contentious when put in front of a judge.

Anyway, there’s pressure to get the conversion therapy ban passed at EU level, and for some reason, France has recently gotten really into it, rallying official forces behind a citizens petition launched by two French gay guys. The petition of one million signatures was helped over the finish line at the last minute by the better-organised and better-funded abortion rights campaign, because no major NGO, according to the post linked above, wanted to support it. That suggests, as I had expected, that ILGA-Europe have largely washed their hands of the conversion therapy stuff — they are busy tying all LGBTIQ+ to democracy itself via rule of law, which is much more damaging.

Update: doctor shopping for paediatric trans butchery in the EU

Here’s another brief update on my doctor-shopping adventures in the EU for my imaginary ‘transgender’ daughter: the Madrid clinic has told me my daughter’s imaginary dad can sign her breasts away over Zoom (and not in person, as they first said was required). “He’s away a lot for work,” I told the clinic worker about imaginary-Dad, and it would be very difficult for him to make it to to Madrid that day. Sure, whatever, she told me over the phone.

Also, they will go ahead with the surgery even though my fake-daughter’s psychiatrist has now decided she no longer wants to be implicated in this shitshow and has suddenly refused to provide a letter attesting to the severe gender dysphoria of my very mentally ill 15-year-old.

Also, a Maltese clinic has nonchalantly told me that it would be good to have psychiatrist letter before they remove my fake-daughter’s breasts, but she’ll see what she can do wink wink. My takeaway is this: private clinics do not give a flying fuck as long as the parents sign the dotted line, and as long as there is no national prohibition on the surgery, which in most places there simply isn’t.

When I discussed buying testosterone for my fake daughter from an EU-based online trans affirming company over Zoom, I told the rep (an autogynohilic male in a dress, sitting in a gamer chair in what appeared to be his bedroom — I am 100% not exaggerating) that my child is so severely autistic and socially anxious that she couldn’t even join the call.

When I asked if this — the fact that she was so wildly mentally ill — might prevent her getting the testosterone injections that she so desperately desires, he laughed and told me that basically all ‘trans people’ are some type of neurodivergent. Indeed.

Keeping that little vignette in mind, here’s something from Sweden: the association Transammans, the biggest trans association in the country, got €200k from a state fund to meet the ‘needs’ of children who have autism and who identify as trans. The target audience is anyone over 12 years old and their families.

This seems like a contradiction in policy: Swedish trans treatment guidelines were updated in 2022 to reflect the high comorbidity between autism and gender ideation, calling for thorough neuropsychological evaluation and a restriction on trans treatments for minors. Meanwhile, this project seems to want to ‘improve care’ for trans youth, which means the opposite. Even the name is deceptive: “Learn more” suggest it’s about information gathering and not affirmation, which is what these trans organisations do. One of the stated aims of the project is to find out “what people need to feel good.” I mean, come on.

“Learn More” is a two-year project funded by the Swedish Inheritance Fund.

Czech ‘trans man’ prisoner had to be segregated from males BUT WHY

I came across this research paper that mentioned a woman (pretending to be a man) who was held in a men’s prison in the Czech Republic (2017). The researchers said that this transgender man (that’s trans-speak for a woman with a buzzcut) was held in a cell for 23 hours a day, where she ate and showered, and her only social contact was a female prison officer who played table tennis with her, a chaplain and a psychologist. Unless the authors are getting their sexes confused, this is anecdotally incredibly rare.

Now why would this woman-with-short-hair be segregated from the ‘other’ men? You know what, you guys, I’m starting to think that maybe sex matters?

Maltese gender goblin Silvan Agius: new DEI consultancy, new buzzword

Silvan Agius was one of the key players in the early days of Europe’s subsumption into the Obama Globohomo project, which started with micro-grants funelled to local activists via US embassies all over the world.

Agius, a shiny careerist, was working for ILGA-Europe in Brussels when they fully trooned out in the late 2010s. It suspect it was he who kickstarted (or at least managed, as advocacy lead) the organisation’s marketing around intersex — i.e. putting the concept of being between-sexes (not a real thing) to work in service of trans theory-building.

He helped to troon poor Malta up the hooooooooop, getting involved in drafting and promoting all kinds of insane gender shit as a government staffer, before coming to Brussels to head the cabinet of the Ekwality Kween Helena Dalli, in 2019.

Agius has now teamed up with a guy who was once convicted of spreading revenge porn of his ex-boyfriend, the former MEP Cyrus Engerer, and together they have established a DEI consultancy. The boys no doubt have their eyes firmly fixed on those upcoming juicy human-rightsy grant programmes. They have already ‘set up’ addresses in Geneva (UN grants), Brussels (EU grants), and Valetta (Maltese government grants).

Agius and Engerer have added ‘disability' rights’ and ‘belonging’ to the menu of feelgoods that they’re selling, because there are big disability and mental health funding opportunities coming over the Horizon (you may have even noticed an increase in wheelchair/vitiligo/bionic leg-related corporate comms lately).

‘Belonging’ is the corporate sector’s effort to rid itself of the stink of ‘diversity, equity and inclusion’, terminology which has suffered some negative PR in recent times.

(Silvan, if you’re reading this, you can’t blow up my car because I don’t have one.)

Yet another new LGBTIQ+ lobbying organisation thanks to EU funds

I bet you were thinking to yourself: what Europe really really really needs right now is another generously-staffed LGBTIQ+ organisation to complement the other generously-staffed LGBTIQ+ organisations, on top of the gazillion LGBTIQ+ projects that feast on EU and national budgets like rainbow-coloured maggots.

Here’s one with a brand new flavour: bisexual.

A bunch of quirky Dutch women teamed up with a bunch of quirky French women, and upgraded this biPLUSEQUAL EU-funded project to a more permanent thing, officially registered in the Netherlands a few weeks ago. 70 Bulgarian police officers just got trained up in dealing with transphobic hate crimes

Both the Council of Europe and the OECD have done a lot to institute transgender ideology in various professional domains over the years. One of their targets is the police, who they train to dealing with transphobic hate crimes.

The usual presentation of a transphobic crime is male violence against a male prostitute who sells sex to GAMPs. These men don’t really think they are women, they enhance their feminine features because it helps them sell their sexual services (please don’t contact me about this) to straight male customers.

Apart from the training sessions, the Council of Europe created a manual for police officers, and some of the stuff in it is bananas but also unintentionally funny, such as “keep facial expressions neutral” when dealing with transgender people. What do they mean by that LOL I think I want to report a transphobic hate crime.

The tone of the manual is posh and aggrieved female policy dork who pretends to be a man (the Council of Europe is riddled with such women) and it reads like an IN THIS HOUSE lawn sign or an attention-seeking TikToker making a video in her car, jabbing her finger at her phone screen in anger.

“The role of a professional police officer,” when dealing with trans-identifying people, the guide claims, “is to be supportive and empathetic”. I’m not quite sure that that is the role of the Bulgarian police actually, but carry on:

Make sure to use neutral pronouns, she jabs in the air, and if you can’t, then ask for preferred pronouns. And if you get the pronouns wrong then CLAP! apologise CLAP! and CLAP! move CLAP! on CLAP! There’s also some stuff about transgender people who are neither male nor female and are therefore ‘non-binary’, and I would pay good money to see the look on the battle-scarred face of a Bulgarian organised crime squad officer reading that.

The guide was already mental in 2017. Bask in the brainrot, especially the bit about detention of ‘intersex people’ (not a real thing).

I wrote to Politico Europe and asked if they are featuring ads for the European Commission without declaring them as paid advertising. Listen to the clip from 10.00 minutes onwards and tell me if you don’t hear a paid ad masquerading as editorial content.

This is exactly the kind of ad the Commission would, well, commission. I know because I worked in comms there for a decade. I asked the two journalists in the episode it if it was a paid ad but they didn’t answer me (sent the question 3 weeks ago).

Am I right or am I right? People talk all the time about Brussels media being in the pocket of the EU institutions (access, innit) but this is a bit much, girls.

I got barred from an EU event on workplace diversity due to my workplace diversity

This is so darkly funny: I was working for the European Commission on a fake-freelance (also known as bogus self-employment) contract for the past three years but they fired me for being a TERF, and they also *may have* blacklisted me with the contractor agencies. TBC.

So my interest was piqued when I saw they were having a big bash to celebrate the start of European Diversity Month, and that the theme is labour market diversity ha ha ha why am I crying.

So, of course I registered to attend, hoping to learn how to better conform to workplace diversity requirements. Lo and behold the registration suddenly became retrospectively CLOSED after I had signed up. Funny thing that. So I wrote to ask why, and then poked some holes in the mealy-mouth response. Then the assigned the dirty work of dealing with me to some poor young trainee god bless his little tucked-in shirt.

I subsequently saw someone involved in a Greek “diversity charter” posted photos of the event on LinkedIn and I was shocked to see empty seats.

It’s all just fun and games, isn’t it?

European drug safety agency is de-sexing (some) language

Last month I noticed that the European Medicines Agency (EMA), the Amsterdam-based EU body that decides which drugs are safe for human consumption, had replaced sexed language (woman, female) with bizarre physiology-based descriptors like “lactating individuals” and “individuals of child-bearing potential”.

The terms appeared in the context of new guidelines for designing clinical trials that include pregnant and breastfeeding women. So I checked in with the EMA press contact and I was able to confirm that yes, another reputable institution has been lobotomised by the genderborg. We’re inclusive now, said the birthing unit in the press department. “Language is inherently dynamic, and any effort to develop guidance will inevitably leave room for inconsistencies and gaps. We will continue striving to offer language that is as inclusive as possible and that reflects the diversity embodied in science,” I was told.

But bizarrely, when I went through more recent materials, I couldn’t find any other instances of this function-first policy. For example, the word ‘woman’ is still being used to refer to people at risk of contraceptive-linked venous thromboembolism (VTE). I asked the EMA if they could clarify what on earth the professionals who rely on this information (and us plebs) are supposed to understand by the word ‘woman’ in their communications from now on — is it gender identity, or the female of the species? Is it the inclusive meaning, or the bigotted one?

According to the inclusive policy, surely we should be referred to as “populations at risk of venous thromboembolism” or perhaps “venous thromboembolism-people”? You need clear language when you want to properly assess risk, one way or the other. This is not it.

Fetishistic transvestites are openly gooning in the EU institutions

The reason I got fired from my EU contractor job last month is because I was being very annoying about sex-based protections in the Commission workplace, and in EU law generally. Among the people who really wanted me gone — and there were a lot of them — were some autogynephilic males.

At least two of these men are “out” at work — meaning, they wear their fetishistic costumes openly in their public functions. And there’s not a damn thing their colleagues — including the women they have to share offices and bathrooms with — can do about it.

One of the men is more ostentatiously gooning than the other: his fantasy involves being a little girl (this is technically autopeadophilia combined with autogynephilia meaning he’s not just attracted to himself as a female, he’s attracted to himself as a female child). He wears gingham and gothic baby-doll dresses to the office and his work profile picture shows him in a frilly dress with pigtails, holding a teddy bear. His work has something to do with nuclear energy.

The second guy has a much more subtle masturbation fixation: skintight pants, a relatively common fetish in the compendium of crossdressing-related fetishes. Lycra Guy has many off-hours hobbies that involve tight materials that hug (and expose) the crotch area, such as surfing, yoga-ing, and aerial rope (the SFW version of BDSM roleplay). He also goes out in public dressed as Spider Girl a lot, which involves — you guessed it — wearing skintight Lycra leggings.

But from what I could tell, Lycra Guy has been managing to keep his fetish away from the office. So his…habits… are absolutely none of my business, as long as he keeps it in the bedroom, I guess. Sure. But I checked his LinkedIn account and it seems that about 2 years ago he showed up to work at an EU career fair in Luxembourg wearing tight black yoga pants, tastefully paired with a blue EU jumper.

He felt the need to explain in the LinkedIn post why he was wearing such inappropriate gear at a professional, public-facing event, just in case an observer started to wonder, bigottedly, about his motivations: he had “yoga in afternoon,” he doth protest. If you’re concerned that he might have given himself sweaty balls manning a stand all day in skintight synthetics, don’t: he had his auto-castration fantasy fulfilled thanks to the EU staff health insurance scheme, JSIS, which also covers sex changes for EU officials’ children.

It’s just all so incredibly wholesome, don’t you think?

Update: my (fake) sad teenage daughter is getting her breasts eliminated in Spain in September

I’m currently working out some ‘gender affirming care’ in Europe for my fake trans children, and I just booked breast amputation for my very young, very mentally ill, very fake daughter. The surgery will take place in Spain in September.

Once the mastectomy booking was locked down, I asked the Madrid clinic if my sad “son” — who they believe is 15 years old — can also get his ovaries and uterus removed and his vagina sewn shut, a service I found on their menu of ‘affirming’ interventions. Unfortunately, the surgeon’s assistant told me, “he” will have to wait until “he” is 18 for that because it’s irreversible (whereas your breasts can be fished out of the bin and attached back on??)

I’m collecting data from around Europe, and so far I can confirm: Germany, Malta and Spain allow surgeries on minors based on parental consent, and all you need to do is to find a ruthless enough surgeon in a private clinic, of which there seem to be plenty. The woman in the Madrid clinic told me on the phone: kids can do what they want in Spain, transition-wise, from the age of 12, as long as their parents agree.

Hungary failed the ‘values’ vibe check, a worrying first

The Court of Justice’ ruling against Hungary in the LGBTIQ ‘propaganda law’ case has caused an unusual amount of fanfare. The NGOs are delighted, of course, and now they’re applying the pressure to incoming PM Peter Magyar to get busy filling little Hungarian’s kids’ school curriculum full of UNESCO-approved noncey sex-swap fantasies.

But noises came from other quarters, too, raising concerns about the unusual nature of the decision: the Court explicitly ruled that the law violated EU values, not just market-related rules.

Athena Forum wrote that the ruling “risks turning the Union’s foundational principles into an open-ended basis for intervention in areas that remain primarily within Member State competence, such as education or aspects of family law”. In ‘Two things can be wrong at the same time: Orbán’s bans and the CJEU ruling’, Athena draw attention to the borg language that features throughout the judgement, saying that “courts should not adopt contested ideological language in their reasoning.”

Where do we go from here?

Where is it currently illegal to say ‘“trans women are men”?

The Commission stepped on its own dick recently by tweeting out its appreciation for free speech. The response, predictably, was not pretty. But what a lot of commentators fail to realise, I think, is that though the Commission is by nature censorious, it never did manage to pass an EU-level law instructing national governments to criminalise speech (beyond a 2008 law on expressions of racism, which some countries failed to transpose properly).

The infamous Digital Services Act is not a law that forbids hate talk per se. It threatens social media owners with huge fines for letting normies say hateful things on their platforms. But the meaning of hate varies across the EU, and the mission to harmonise the definition is not going well. A proposal circulated in 2021 on adding hate crimes to the EU treaty but it got nowhere. Attempts to revive it in 2023/2024 failed to get past the Council, too. I tried to find out if it was just Orban who was blocking it, but apparently as many as 10 countries have reservations, I’m told by someone with knowledge of the discussions, and the topic hasn’t come up since April 2025.

Anyway, for personal reasons, I decided to make a list of countries that have added ‘gender identity’ as a protected characteristic to their domestic hate speech regulations, but it turned out it’s easier to list the countries that have not done so. In the following places, you can still freely say “trans women are men in party-shop wigs, and most of them have a fetish”: Bulgaria, Cyprus, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, and Slovakia.

Poland had a bill ready to pass which would have made it illegal to say “autogynephilia is a sexual compulsion and it’s the reason why men pretend to be women”. The bill was not very popular, and it was struck down by the former administration. However, the new, Brussels-friendly government is trying to rev the idea back up by introducing ‘special units’ of prosecutors around the country tasked with punishing prejudice-motivated speech, according to a January article by Brussels Signal.

Bigotted Dutch Nazi women don’t want 110 single unemployed men from deeply misogynistic cultures dumped in their town

If you talk about this you get called mean names, but if you ignore it you’re actually a fucking coward. So pick your poison.

It has always darkly-amused me that we harangue European boys (of all colours and creeds) for their assumed, built-in ‘toxicity’ and then just like, airdrop crowds of bored and horny young lads from the worst places on Earth into housing estates full of kids.

Dutch women are made of stern stuff, and they took to the streets last weekend in a town called Loosdrecht for a very peaceful protest against the plans to install 110 male asylum seekers in the town hall. The protest was very civilised, in contrast to the male-heavy riots that have been taking place, and so far, the left-wing Dutch press has largely avoided calling them fascists, except for this performative lib who says the women are ‘hateful’.

It’s not the job of European women and girls to be the shock-absorbers of transplanted cultural misogyny, but European governments seem to think it is. It’s the reason why this review of comprehensive sexuality education in Austrian schools criticises facilitators for not focussing enough on the topic of migration in the sex ed curriculum. Now why would migration be a factor in sex education? When I was in school, I was told how to insert a tampon into my fajutz and take it out before I got a staph infection. There were no asylum seekers involvedin the process. But sex ed is now a vehicle for all kinds of weird shit, including teaching boys from knuckle-dragging cultural contexts that European women and girls are not their sexual property.

Apropos of absolutely nothing: around 46.3% of all Viennese residents were either born abroad or have foreign citizenship, and 41% of all children in the school system in the city are Muslim. Austria used to take migrants from Yugoslavia and Turkey, but now it’s Afghanistan and Syria. These are places that hate women so much that they are all fucking each other.

Yeah I get it, we need workers etc. But it’s ok to talk about this policy’s implications on things other than GDP, whatever that is.

Transgender lobby urges EU to merge ‘gender’ with ‘gender identity’ in foreign policy

European countries are under pressure to fill the funding gap left behind by USAID, and a major pillar of the US foreign aid was LGBTIQ rights, including codifying ‘third gender’ males as women in order to get them into HIV treatment (because they have craaaaaazyyyy high rates of HIV, and because they are a ‘bridge’ population).

Transgender Europe, (fully paid for by the EU budget) is asking that ‘gender’ in the new policy be *explicitly* redefined to mean gender identity. This was always the strategy, but I have never seen it stated so openly. The need to hide trans ideology inside other themes, but especially women’s rights, is presumably more urgent than ever because people are growing tired, to put it mildly, of queer activist overreach. The big danger of this: gender could get retrofitted to have always meant gender identity. We have always been at war with Eastasia.

The EU research plan is getting trooned

This is how it happens: very quietly and very unceremoniously.

Previous research programmes required gender equality plans, but the new arrangement, post-2027, is to have inclusive gender action plans, which means exactly what you think it means: it’s all getting transed up the swanny. Public bodies and institutions will all be tested on their inclusivity in order to get access to funds. A thousand tiny stupid cuts.

From the horse’s mouth: “The ERA Policy Agenda 2025-2027 prioritises gender equality through its structural policy 'Strengthening gender equality and inclusiveness in the ERA, notably with an intersectional approach'.”

Genspect: “Ireland’s Spending Spree on Trans Surgeries Abroad”

Here’s Irish journalist Paddy O’Gorman writing for Genspect: “The Irish health service has massively increased its spend on sending Irish patients abroad for transgender surgical treatments. Spending for this purpose rose from €21,000 in 2022 to over €333,000 in 2024.” That’s a sixteen-fold increase in just two years, and covers 162 individual claims. I agree with Paddy speculation: “I think we will find that, through the Treatment Abroad Scheme, we have paid for far more breasts to be cut off than penises.”

Spanish researchers make shocking discovery: sex matters

If you list your gender identity instead of your sex on medical intake forms, your test results will come out all skewed. Meaning, if a man who likes to wear baby doll dresses commits the paper-based deception of pretending to be female, the medical test results will likely fall in the ‘wrong’ ranges, if he’s healthy, and the right ranges if he’s sick. Men and women are different, is what I’m understanding from this study. Something to ponder.

Novel about ‘sworn virgins’ shortlisted for the Booker Prize

There’ve been some woeful efforts by Western academics to claim various terrible cultural phenomena as ‘transgender’ identities. The worst example is probably the bacha bazi: Pakistani and Afghani boys who are forced to dress up in girl’s salwar kameez and dance for rich men who then rape them. This paedophilia-crossdressing-rape phenomenon is very handy “trans people have always existed!!11!!” propaganda.

A new novel called She Who Remains, written by Bulgarian author Rene Karabash, is a story about Albania’s version of a similar phenomenon: girls and women who were allowed to ‘live as men’, for reasons that have little to do with personal autonomy and everything to do with living in a patriarchy. The book has been shortlisted for the Booker Prize.

Karabash has presented the sworn virgins phenomenon as a performative social adaptation rooted in patriarchal necessity. I’ve reached out to her, and she’s open to an interview. Sounds pretty TERFy!

I called Sara up to swap notes about our professional houndings. Like so many women, I too was unceremoniously removed my duties because of my non-belief in gendershite. But the behaviour of Sara’s hounders — the crème de la crème of the Northern Irish cultural elite — gave me goosebumps for its sheer psychopathy. I was unpersonned like a princess, in comparison.

The people who targetted Sara are the #Kindest people in society: the publicly-funded ‘non-government’als involved in woke civil society charities. These are the people who are paid to ‘foster’ the warm-and-fuzzies: inclusivity, diversity, acceptance, tolerance, empathy, openness, fairness, equality, and equity, via public-facing cultural, advocacy and media organisations.

In return, they get multi-annual operational grants. But the temporary nature of the arrangement means that Kindsters are permanently only precariously employed, a destabilising and competitive setup that creates perverse incentives (not just in Northern Ireland — the business model is the same everywhere and it’s terrible).

It pushes people to exaggerate a problem that needs to be solved, while simultaneously pretending to be solving it. This leads to some crazy hijinks, a perfect example of which we saw this week with the story of the Southern Poverty Law Centre’s self-generated racism problem that they pretended to donors to be fixing.

It also produces only a small pool of jobs, and the prestige that goes with these jobs serves to amp up the stakes for everyone involved.

The model is the same everywhere, as I said, but Northern Ireland is …different … from other places, to put it mildly. In terms of vibes, the place always felt to me a bit like if Bosnia married and divorced Scotland, and they got shared custody of 1.93 million fearful-avoidant kids.

The country has a higher-than-average number of charities working on community projects because, you know, which is typical in post-conflict places. Many of them started out thanks to 'peace money’ that came from the EU, the UK and Irish governments and the Americans.

And while a lot of them do very good and vital work (especially in the form of providing essential services), there’s also the usual parasitic gay-race-communism NGOs staffed by people who have to aggressively advertise their virtue in order to stay ideologically kosher in the tight-knit non-profit circle.

The trans issue is an extremely touchy subject at the best of times, but throw that grenade into an already fraught and fearful crew of purity-spirallers, and you’ve got the ingredients for the most violent non-violent hate mob I think I’ve ever heard of.

Northern Ireland is full of things that are unsayable. Sara’s bold assertions about our right to our own rape crisis centres free from crossdressing blokes seems to have provoked a repressed frustration around the trigger theme of identity that exploded with bizarre ferocity.

It’s not good, folks.

But you’ll be happy to hear that Sara's really doing well, finally. Perhaps her employment tribunal case, the result of which is out in the next few weeks, should give her former colleagues, friends, and tattoo artist (who also denounced her) pause for some self-reflection. But we should probably not hold our breaths for any peace and reconciliation talks.

Flood the zone: €10 billion on the way for (even more) NGOs, culture and ‘news’

The European Commission will spend between €8 billion and €10 billion on ‘non-governmental’ (a misnomer) organisations, as well as art, media, and culture projects, starting in January 2028. It’s part of a programme called AgoraEU.

The description of AgoraEU is cozy and reassuring: it’s all about promoting those beloved EU valyooz that we all supposedly share. You know, the air we breathe. But it’s more accurate to describe AgoraEU as the European Commission’s way of outsourcing the creation of EU policy propaganda, in some cases concerning very controversial social issues that have never even been discussed openly, never mind agreed upon. In other words, AgoraEU will create the illusion of a consensus that doesn’t exist, and you can either get on board or you can get called a Nazi.

This is not a new tactic, it’s just robustly-funded one. As Joseph Stalin (probably) said: "Quantity has a quality all its own”.

“Promoting democratic values” or just plain old public procurement?

I find it hard to see how AgoraEU is any different from public procurement — meaning a competition that is open to any service provider who will produce EU comms products and services on demand. The granting process is organised in such a way that applicants essentially copy and paste official policy into their application and get points for how well they match it.

People need to eat, and lots of talented Europeans are quite happy to bend their professional and artistic inclinations in the direction of the biggest bag of cash. But EU money leads inevitably to policy-aligned ‘art’, ‘science’ and ‘news’ that is moralistic, ideologically constrained, and frankly, often crap.

The EU organises its big budget in 7-year increments, and you can see how ‘civil society’ programming has swollen dramatically with time (it was worth approximately €5 billion in 2014). The final figure for AgoraEU has not been settled yet — the European Parliament asked for €2 billion on top of the initial €8 billion proposal, and the ultimate amount will be the topic for negotiations, overseen by the Irish government (yikes), due to be finalised by the end of this year.

Science research funding — and the UK — will not be spared

The hard-science research funding budget is separate to the civil society stuff, luckily, and still does pay for excellent research. But there are very worrying signs that that the bureaucracy that surrounds it is getting increasingly ideologically tainted. Perhaps the biggest red flag is the “evolving” gender equality plans that are being made intersectional and inclusive. And yes, that means: troon everything, with the goal of “institutional change”. Rien que ça.

Also yes: if the UK wants any of that EU-UK research collaboration/cash to come back, their public and academic bodies will have to follow EU gender rules. Is it overreach to think that this, and similar scenarios like it, might be having an effect on Labour’s sluggishness in implementing the UK Supreme Court ruling about biological sex?

Here’s a good example of the kind of slopoganda the AgoraEU programme will produce: ‘intersex’ is not a real thing — rather, it’s a fun queer identity label that has nothing to do with the rare medical conditions it piggybacks off for legitimacy. Yet the creation of this film, My name is Lily, was ‘supported’ by the European Commission for the express purpose of blackmailing you into accepting intersex as a real thing that actually exists.

Why would the Commission do this? Because they are under pressure from rainbow activists (who are also on the EU payroll) to introduce an intersex law, and it’s also just part of the dogged and perverse commitment to stupid gender identity theory that academics and policy dorks just cannot wean themselves off of.

This softly-softly strategy of funding tear-jerking films works to emotionally lobotomise the public into thinking biological sex can be discounted as an organising principle in some areas of day-to-day life. And for most EU citizens, day-to-day life is all we’ve got. Pretending sex isn’t real and/or doesn’t matter has serious second order effects that go far beyond men in women’s sports. Erasing or downgrading sex in law and policy leads to things like men raping old ladies with dementia in care homes, because we can no longer insist on sex-based (female-only) intimate care for ourselves and our family members. This is a real phenomenon. Intersex is not.

People are freaking out about Orban’s funding of, uh, civil society

Viktor Orban, the rascal, tried to copy the model described above, but because his politics are illiberal (and unpopular, as it turned out, womp womp), the money he spent on building up his own brand of Visegrad-ist values is said to have been stolen from the Hungarian people, and that his civil society apparatus was even illegal.

Some of the funniest claims to this effect came from people who literally suckle at the superstate funding tit: check out this guy, whose rent is paid by ‘cross-border investigative journalism’ grants from the Commission. He wants to rally other journalists to help trace the money Orban spent promoting MAGA-with-goulash-characteristics conservativism.

Sure looks like he’s putting out feelers on another cross-border journalizzm grant:

The Court of Justice of the EU used the term “non-cisgender individuals” in a judgement

At the 1948 session of the Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Trofim Lysenko gave a speech in which he declared that “the Central Committee of the Communist Party has examined my report and approved it,” which everyone understood to mean that his (batshit, ideological) version of biology had officially been accepted as state orthodoxy.

Well this is that, but for gender: in a judgement released yesterday, the EU’s highest court used the term “cisgender” four times. That’s mental because cisgender is basically an internet meme that grew legs. It’s a bit like seeing a reference in a geography book to “non-flat Earth theory”, or “the humours” in the DSM.

We’re on the dark side of the moon right now, and the president of a serious institution using the phrase “non-cisgender individuals” convinces me we may never make it back.

Pileup at the intersections: French gays vs immigrants

Who do you think would come out on top in an oppression deathmatch between two immigrant rapists and a gay man? If you guessed the immigrants you would be correct.

A young French guy was raped and tortured by two Algerians in his home in 2018. Due to the homophobic nature of the crime, a prominent LGBTIQ NGO offered to act as a civil partner in the court case and even to pay his legal fees. However, the NGO changed their mind when they found out that the rapists had deportation orders, according to the victim, which meant that the case no longer aligned with their extreme-left politics. The story is only circulating now because the victim contacted a new anti-Islamist, anti-woke gay rights activist group, Collectif Eros, who are sharing it widely.

The leftist LGBTIQ NGO in question appears to be the same one that brought a criminal complaint against a gynaecologist for refusing to treat a man pretending to be a woman, and also went after Dora Moutot for calling a man “a transfeminine man” on national TV.

German school kids given gay porn images by socialist youth group

It’s a really bad idea to invite random ‘queer’ activists into kids’ schools because the entire queer project is about removing boundaries, including sexual ones. TERFs keep saying this, but everyone insists on learning it the hard way.

In Germany, a socialist youth group was invited to give a workshop to 14- and 15-year-olds on the theme of ‘courage’. The kids were tasked by two ‘non-binary’ facilitators with creating photo collages using cuttings from gay porn magazines. It rightly caused a brouhaha, and I’m happy to report that German commentators have begun to join the dots between this incident and a much bigger problem of third party providers of sex ed being invited into schools, which is now common in countries that adopted the UNESCO comprehensive sexuality education programme.

France: government withdraws support for conference after backlash

A conference on the ideological brainwashing of kids, initially supported by the children’s commissioner, was cancelled after the government got spooked by activists (French trans activists are particularly ghoulish and violent). The agenda was to cover detransitioners and other trans-related phenomena. A new venue has been found, but it’s not until 22 June so it might go through a few venue changes between now and then, if it takes place at all.

Germany: kiwi fruit emoji is a symbol of the far right

If you didn’t know about the incredible story of what happened to my lovely TERF acquaintance, Marie-Luise Vollbrecht, then I urge you to read up on it. She was one of the early European victims of attempted social and professional annihilation for saying publicly that there are only two human sexes. During the conference that got her de-personned, she had showed an image of a kiwi fruit because kiwis have two sexes, or so I’m reading. As a result, the kiwi became a bit of an internet meme, and TERFs started using it as a way to signal to each other. And that’s why the kiwi is now officially listed by anti-extremism professionals as a hate symbol of the far right, right up there with swastikas and the 14 words. It was even presented in the Bundestag as such. Totally normal behaviour.

Slovakia in trouble over definition of sex

Last September Slovakia changed its constitution to assert its right to make decisions relating to matters of identity. The updated text now declares that there are only two sexes, mothers are female and fathers male, and it also restricts adoption to male-female married duos. It gives parents more control over their kids’ sex education, which has been totally queered elsewhere in Europe thanks to a decades-long UN-led campaign.

But the new text also says this: decisions about these sensitive issues belong to Slovakian people alone, and won’t be overruled by outsiders. This is an explicit rebuke of creeping EU efforts to macro-manage sex-related issues via case law (like the Hungarian example above), and it puts the country on Brussels’ legal warpath.

In response, the EU launched an infringement procedure against the freewheelin’ Slovaks in November (“infringement procedure” is EU-speak for breaking the rules). I asked the Commission if they’d received a response and they said yes, but won’t reveal any more. All we know is that the PM, Robert Fico, came out swinging in response to the EU’s warning last year: no NGO is going to tell us many genders there are, he said (what a boss).

There’s an interesting thing going on here: the Commission didn’t actually address the identity stuff head-on, but rather carefully framed it only in terms of whose law supersedes whose law. But ultimately it’s globohomo, disguised as rule of law, removing it from the messy realm of culture war into democracy tout court. Clever, honestly.

Finland: parliament has to discuss non-binary markers on ID documents as if non-binary is a real thing

A petition in Finland gathered over 50,000 signatures so now the parliament has to review a proposal for a third, non-binary marker on citizens’ legal documents. Non-binary is a queer identity label, just like intersex, and it’s not real. But MPs now have to pretend it’s real.

Berlin Greens are pushing for friendly spaces on public transport without ever identifying who it is that’s doing all the homophobia (it’s Muslim immigrants who hate gays. Muslim immigrants who hate gays are doing the homophobia).

French male players snubbed for MVP trophy

Here’s a nice story to warm your cold TERF heart: the highest scoring players in the French second division women’s basketball league have been snubbed for the title of the season’s best player award. Why? Because they’re men.

The trophy went to (drumroll) the best female player in the league, the official number three. The selection was made by coaches and captains across the sport league, including former women’s international player Audrey Sauret, who said this in response to the controversy: “Let's be clear, there's no transphobia on my part, and I respect the life path these players have chosen; I certainly don't want to be disrespectful. Simply put, the result of this vote confirms that something is wrong. It reflects the coaches' and captains' discontent. We lacked courage from the start; the decision (to allow them to play) wasn't made collectively. As a result, we gave them something that we're now taking back, and these two players are also suffering an injustice at their level." Nice.

In fact, the reason I decided to launch this weekly news service is because I got fired from my job as a freelance contractor (for the European Commission) because of my opinions on gender identity orthodoxy. So I have a lot of free time on my hands. I also have a lot of ….energy… as your typical scorned ex-employee tends to have. My TERF opinion on the number of human sexes that exist (2) was considered so despicable that I had to be fired with zero notice.

So while I await advice from my fancy (ruthless, dead-eyed, take-no-prisoners) lawyer on what I can and cannot say about the profound institutional capture that led to me getting booted — watch this space — I decided to get this project up and running because what this place needs is a full-time European TERF correspondent.

This Finnish data is pretty definitive: gender transition doesn’t fix sad kids

This is the big news in GenderLand at the moment: in Finland, young people who underwent medical transition to ‘affirm’ their gender identity didn’t get better, and may have got much worse. Some of the stats are astonishing: 9% of the boys who got ‘feminising’ hormones were mentally unwell before treatment, compared to 60% who were mentally unwell afterwards.

The study is called ‘Psychiatric Morbidity Among Adolescents and Young Adults Who Contacted Specialised Gender Identity Services in Finland in 1996–2019: A Register Study’ and it included 2,000 young gender-distressed people, compared against 16,000 controls. The data spanned 25 years. Bernard Lane has good a breakdown on what the data actually say and here he is addressing the most common criticism/cope on X/Twitter. Just for balance, here’s some trans activist criticism. The mainstream press are doing their best to ignore it for as long as they can, as can be expected.

This data should put the final nail in the coffin of ‘youth gender affirming care’, but it won’t. Too many people have sunk too much cost into it, including those in (very) high places.

Will Peter Magyar deny the human sex binary in exchange for cash?

One big reason why Peter Magyar defeated Viktor Orban in Sunday’s Hungarian election is because he promised to unblock billions in EU funds that the economy desperately needs. The European Commission wants reforms first, mostly relating to corruption and asylum, before they’re willing to transfer the cash from various funding pots. Among the conditions for unblocking the money is a repeal of some of Orban’s more contentious social innovations, including the definition of sex as being binary, as well as the ban on exposing kids to LGBTIQ+ themes in school and in the media. There are also rulings from the EU’s highest court that directly concern Hungary’s lack of a sex falsification law (Deldits and Shipov) which Orban ignored. The LGBTIQ+ lobbying machine is no doubt currently insisting that their close friends in the Commission make these issues a priority in negotiations with Magyar.

To what extent is Magyar, and Brussels, willing to poke this particular bear, with everything that’s at stake?

Yes, teenage girls are getting breast removal surgery in Europe

People like to think this only happens in the United States’ Wild West healthcare system, but here’s some data that demonstrate that teenage girls closer to home are indeed having their breasts amputated in their impossible quest to stop being female.

Dutch gender clinics carried out mastectomies on 121 girls aged 16 and 17 between 2020 and 2022. Austria had 22 cases (and some kind of surgery on 2 teenage boys) between 2008 and 2022. Swiss authorities reported at least 24 minors having their breasts removed in Swiss hospitals in 2022. This Belgian report shows that at least some mastectomies were carried out in 2024 in the 10-19 age group. Here’s evidence of 5 adolescent girls getting mastectomies in Portugal between 2017 and 2024 (in that same data, we see one under-18 boy had his Adam’s Apple surgically shaved down). A clinic in Poland ‘affirmed’ the inner genders of two 16-year-old girls and three 17-year-old girls by amputating their breasts between 2021 and 2025.

It is increasingly difficult to transition a child in some countries — Ireland, Sweden, the UK, Finland and Denmark, especially — but medical gender tourism — particularly to Poland, Spain, Greece, and Lithuania — is just a Ryanair hop away. All-in packages are proliferating and money is often the only pre-condition. Some of these private clinics, like this German one, are open about their surgeries on teenagers, but others are much more discrete.

I wrote to a particular surgeon in a Europe-based clinic that is well-known among Irish and British women for being loose about pre-op criteria (including things like BMI and smoking cessation). I told the assistant that my 16-year-old female-born ‘son’ is very sad and wants her breasts cut off. No problem. Our first consultation is this week.

The EU institutions (almost completely) ignored Trans Day of Visibility

There was a noticeable silence on the social media accounts of the various European Commission directorates on this year’s Trans Day of Visibility (31 March) — almost like the Commission hasn’t spent millions in public money advancing transgender ideology for the past decade.

There was nothing from the personal accounts of the Justice Commissioner Michael McGrath, or Commissioner for Equality Hadja Lahbib. Even the youth and sports chud, Maltese Glenn Micallef, didn’t bring it up. The only mention came from the corporate accounts of DG Justice, home of the extremest extremists.

Lack of (public) support shouldn’t be taken to mean the EU is no longer promoting the erasure of sex in law and policy at the EU level. The real damage is not in the public statements— it’s the money that keeps flowing from the programmes CERV, Erasmus+ and Horizon funding that really matters because that cash helps create the illusion of popular public support. There are still plenty of meetings going on behind closed doors.

Russian women who don’t want kids will have to have their heads checked

If a woman answers ‘zero’ on a patient intake form in response to the question “how many children would you like to have, including those already born?” the Russian Health Ministry is to recommend that she be referred to a psychologist in order to “develop positive attitudes toward having children.” The new guidelines are a recommendation, not mandatory, says the Duma health ministry. Things are about to get extremely gnarly for women in the low-birthrate era and this policy will probably seem laughably tame in the years to come.

Italy stops splitting voting queues by sex, activists rejoice because symbolic gestures are all that matter

The queues to vote in Italy have traditionally been split by sex (at least since women got the right to vote). When you arrive in a polling station, you have to sort yourself into either uomini or donne. But this was deemed to be a traumatic affront to trans and non-binary people, because they would have to ‘out’ themselves by choosing a queue. Or in the case of ‘non-binary people’ (a thing that isn’t even real), they/them would have no queue to go to. The cruelty!

Thus activist genderloons worked hard to change this bigoted practice, and they were overjoyed last month when the lines to vote in the referendum on judicial reform were desegregated. Progress? Whatever the original (probably sexist) reason for the different lines, it was a handy way to organise the packed and chaotic crowd on the day of the vote. Getting men on one side and women on the other was, some commenters pointed out, a low-tech way to spread the load evenly, and to help figure out quickly who is next in the queue.

In the meantime, Italian women who vote from abroad have always received their ballots with their husbands’ names tacked onto their own (even if they didn’t take their husband’s name when they got married, which many don’t). Fixing this outdated practice would not just be symbolic: it actually poses an obstacle to voting, because an incorrect name prevents women getting their voting documents.

There is no real effort to fix this issue. More evidence that ‘gender’ activism is queer activism, and has nothing to do with women.

Portugal on track to repeal sex self-ID, a European first

There are two ways to get rid of the bizarre postmodern legal fiction known as self-ID (and its retro cousin, legal gender recognition via the medical model): you can chip away at it via the courts, or you can vote for the party that will fire the entire stupid thing into the sun.

The Portuguese look like they’re about to do the latter: the newly-minted right-wing populist party Chega announced plans to get rid of a 2018 law that allows anyone to change their official sex via a simple declaration. If the law is repealed, it would mean a return to the old system: you will have to jump through a couple of hoops to get your legal documents falsified to declare you the opposite sex.

..but wait: didn’t the Portuguese ban ‘conversion therapy’?

Indeed, a ban on ‘conversion therapy’ practices was tacked on to the Portuguese penal code in 2024, making any effort to change or deny someone’s inner gender identity switcheroo punishable by up to 3 years in prison. There is a carve-out in the text for self-exploration of gender identity, perhaps to reassure psychotherapists that they are still free to do their job.

But the punishment for falling foul of a patient’s sex-swap delusions can be severe: not only do doctors risk prison and fines, anyone convicted of conversion therapy involving a minor could lose parental responsibilities (over their own children!) for up to 20 years. Though this amendment got through, no prosecutions have yet been brought yet. If Cheg'a’s bill succeeds (it also bans medical transition for minors), the legal setup will be unique: everyone will be forced to encourage your fantasies about being the opposite sex, except the administrative state.

Irish MEP includes ‘gender-affirming care’ in women’s health initiative

An Irish member of the European Parliament, Billy Kelleher, is pretending to care about wimmin’s issues, declaring himself particularly vexed about something he calls “End-Dimitri-EYE-tiss”. To tackle this terrible disease, whatever it is, he’s introduced a ‘gender inequalities in health’ initiative. As per usual, it’s another turd in a tuxedo.

While purportedly about women, it’s got the same stone-in-your-shoe that all these initiatives have: the greasy fingerprints of queer activism, specifically the euphemistic 'gender-affirming care’. Kelleher might be eager to please his party-mate back home, the all-in mom Mary Butler, Ireland’s junior minister for health who transed her butch daughter and who now has to trans everything she touches until she dies.

The main question, of course, is does Kelleher’s initiative even matter? It depends. It’s not a law, just a recommendation. The main use for these things is advocacy by NGOs. But if you follow their natural course you’ll notice that documents like this often snowball, given enough time, into legislation. So in a few years from now, when forearm free-flap phalloplasty for sad lesbians gets written into law you can thank Billy Kelleher for getting it off the ground.

Worryingly, it is potentially related to the EU Commission’s planned collaboration with the WHO on some women’s health/gender health gap strategy (which looks mainly like an abortion rights workaround). Whatever the case may be, the WHO is utterly ideologically captured and anything they produce will pander to trans ideologues, with no regard for any destructive effects on women’s dignity and rights.

It’s been one year since the UK highest court confirmed that women exist. Nobody cares.

On 15 April 2025, the UK Supreme Court confirmed: the word ‘woman’ has a biological meaning in law. Cool. Then what happened? Well, not much. According to Sex Matters, organisations from rape crisis centres to community venues, to sports federations and even services catering to extremely intellectually-disabled children are STILL not providing single-sex services, all in the name of ‘diversity’.

Sometimes it’s a little pre-gay boy who liked dresses so much he had to be castrated (aaaw that’s so sweet!), while other times it’s a secret crossdresser who turned up to the construction site one day SURPRISE! looking like a cross between an anime slut and a rotisserie chicken.

These people often get plucked out and refurbed by state-paid NGOs who use them as a propaganda canvas upon which they create heart-warming bargain-bin civil-rights kayfabes, with the sole goal of shoving them down the necks of plebs so they can blackmail our natural instincts out of us.

The sad-trans sympathy merchants themselves are part-victim, part-perp. They repeat prepared lines about their life stories that somehow align perfectly with the demands of their politically-motivated patrons. All sense of actual personality gets wiped off their storyboard in favour of the same old manipulative script. They become walking-talking messaging machines for self-interested vultures who wheel them out whenever you’re considering having an original thought like I think women’s sports should be for women.

Go on, tell them you were suicidal because your library card had an M on it! you can hear the strategists whisper from somewhere offstage.

But much like penile-inversion “vaginoplasty” surgery, sometimes there’s just not enough penis to work with, and the propagandists have to instead source materials from the colon, the actual shitter, to create a passable-ish stapled-together Humanising Case Study.

Lydia Foy — the real one, not the shiny booklet version — is one such case.

He is an extremely unlikeable character, as is often the case with men who fall in love with porn versions of themselves. He’s a narcissistic, extremely spergy autogynephile who is completely immune to other people’s existence, and as such, he’s a very unlikely national avatar for The Most Marginalised Group To Have Ever Lived. But he was the best tissue the surgeons could find.

Foy’s elevation to shero was not entirely his own doing, to be fair. As you’ll hear in this recording, he could almost (almost) be considered a victim of the lawyers who scavenged his family’s tragedy to make names for themselves in the strategic litigation history books. His personal tale of woe was an absolute dud, the lawyers found, in that most of the woe emanated not from him, but from everyone around him — particularly his wife and young daughters. But those grabby fucking bitches get no glory. There are no awards for supporting the women and kids who fall victim to a man in the grip of an out-of-control sissy fetish.

As a result of Foy’s legal entreaties, which started in the 1990s, as well as other cases around Europe, Ireland got some stern tellings-off from the european court of human rights (not capitalising those bastards anymore). The Irish government was thus forced to introduce some type of gender law, but then spent years trying to figure out which type of law it should be. It was all happening during the heady apotheosis of the activist switch from demanding ye olde medico-surgical model of gender identity disorder, or whatever the DSM was calling it in by the early 2000s, to full sex self-identification with no conditions attached.

Mental cases, gorged on Chuck Feeney money, with the help of ILGA-Europe, decided to make a big push for the latter, and they got their way in the end. Foy’s case was a big part of that. Thus accelerated a global cascade: if backwards Oirish Catholic small-islanders can do it, so can we, thought lots of other governments, coming to the pre-defined conclusion that the NGOs had laid out at their feet.

Anyway, a filmmaker called Caleb J Roberts has just made a short film called “Lydia” that further murks up the waters about the real story behind Ireland’s path to legal sex falsification for sissy fetishists and sad, round, autistic girls.

You’ll be shocked to learn that this film got made, and distributed, thanks to state subsidies, particularly funds related to producing “diverse” fare. I’m not dissing the filmmaker him/herself at all. That’s how things get made these days, and I don’t know anything about films, but Lydia certainly looks quite beautiful, and there are some nice metaphors in there (I think?)

It would do the job of AgitSlop quite well on anyone who isn’t a raging contrarian, and it looks like that could be the intention: the film looks suspiciously like it could be a pilot. As it was screened on TV (like, the old-fashioned telly), it may be getting lined up for maximum normie-saturation.
